Outrageous pricing. He was at my home for a total of 45 minutes, used no supplies and charged me $200. I believe his hourly rate was something like $125 and there was a $69 ""call out fee"". This type of price gouging is unfair to the consumer and entirely
unrealistic.

There are plenty of other more affordable options out there.

I have used this plumber several times in the last few years. Their workmen have always been prompt and efficient and pleasant on the phone. They are a bit expensive but worth it in my opinion.

We had a problem at our rental property; a pipe burst. We shut off the water, and called this plumber. They were very pleasant on the phone. This is why they get one star. An appointment was scheduled for the next day during the afternoon, in which someone needed to wait at the house. We did this, and the plumber never called nor showed up. Even the next day, no calls. We ended up ordering a part online and fixing it ourselves.
I do not recommend this plumber, because they are flaky and obviously don't care. Wasted our time!
