Herbert Plumbing and Heating began operations in the year 2000. The owner, Mike chose to launch his own business after his experience with various plumbing firms.

He gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of plumbing and moved that skill to Port Washington around the late 1980s. He worked for multiple firms in the area, fulfilling positions a Service Technician, Licensed Plumber and Manager of Services.

Come 1992, Mike established of Herbert Plumbing and Heating. He is skilled in maintenance and repairs, renovations, tenant renovations, and troubleshooting complex plumbing problems.

The owner takes pride in being a father of three girls and is a grandparent to four. Mike enjoys the technology of sound in music and theater and is an educator for motorcycle track racing.
