We had a major problem with our septic system when floodwaters from Hurricane Irma forced earth into the tank which was recently drained thereby causing it to collapse along with the surrounding patio base. Herb agreed to help us connect to a nearby sewer line with the permission of the county and owner of the company of course! It was done with professionalism and as rapid a pace considering his many other demands placed upon him due to high volume of customers created by this event! I found him and his associate trustworthy and pleasant to work with and surprisingly my 20 yr old parrot adored him and that was amazing to me as she is so recalcitrant with new persons in her environment! I highly recommend him for his excellent service and demeanor.

Sara is courtesy and efficient scheduling the Weems crew to your home. She clearly communicates to the Weems crew the issues. What a great company. Came out the same day, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. Identified that the clogs in both toilets was because of a clogged drain out. The chiseled the drain out (it had been cemented around), then went to a hardware store and replaced it NO EXTRA CHARGE. Like, what?! Customer for life right here! Thanks Marco and the other guy can't remember his name. Professional appearance, really nice people to talk to, took the time and effort to DO THE JOB RIGHT!

Outstanding folks. I was in a pinch having a part. Another company was supposed to deliver two Porta Potties on Friday, as I was having my big annual party on Sunday. I had to stay home from 7am to 7pm waiting for them and they did not arrive, nor would the company answer, as it was the weekend. I called every company you could imagine and my last hope was Weems. They came on a Saturday and were very reasonable and helped me out.. I highly recommend them and I'll be calling them for next year!

We deal with plumbers all the time as a property management company and Herb Weems really went above and beyond, especially the office staff. I forget her name (sorry!) but they were able to accommodate a last minute drain cleaning on a Friday afternoon, when we found out the city had a portion of the responsibility as well they coordinated with the city to get that taken care of (for no extra charge) and got everything flowing well. It was our first experience with them but I was very very happy and highly recommend them for a plumber in the Daytona area in the future.

Unprofessional and LIARS. So I had a main tap that would not turn on. Herb came out himself and charged me $100 to tap on the side of the stuck spicket and simply turn it on ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a 1 minute job. I asked for a quote to replace it and a couple other things that he quoted me $250 for the job. When he never showed up the next week to do the work, I called. They said it would now be $400. I asked why the previous quote was changed. No answer. So a month goes by I was still waiting even at the $400 rip-off charge. I called and spoke to the office lady at least 4 times. Always was told.. """"I need to ask Herb"""". Herb is the owner I got the quote from BTW. Anyway, still not fixed. Just ripped off for $100. I would walk around on hot concrete with my intestines dragging on the ground before I would ever use this nasty company for plumbing ever again. They lie, and don't make their appointments. They just treat customers like they are garbage no matter what the case.

Extremely easy to make an appointment even with the Holidays at hand. They were here the next day promptly, and their tech Armando was knowledgeable, very efficient and had a great attitude. The service was adequate and at a fair and competitive price. Recommend, and would certainly use again.

I had a total Mess! Both toilets, showers and tubs backed up and flowed down my hallway today! I was referred by Carol Varriali to call Weems. They made an appt for me TODAY, promising to call by 3 and be here by 3:30. Dale and Mark called at 2:15 and were here in minutes! Very professional, went right to work, and RESOLVED the issue for under $200 ! I will certainly recommend them to everyone! Wonderful service, thank you again guys!
