Called three plumbers for an estimate to install two new faucets, shutoffs, and drain line to a replacement vanity top in my master bath. Two of the estimates were around $650-$800. These prices are very high for residential, non-union, non- commercial work. One of the plumbers, Weems never told me they could show up; until the day another plumber was supposed to. I received a call from Weems office that Herb can stop by and look at the work that I had called about previously (second lowest quote). I cancelled the other plumber in time. Herb showed up and immediately started taking apart the cabinet and looking in the crawlspace. I went back to work (home office). After 30 minutes or so I went to find Herb; gone, no notice. I called his office and they said he would be back the next morning. Next day; no show. I called again and asked what to expect and they stated next day at 12. Next day they showed up unannounced at 10:00 am. He and a helper went in and out of the house for about 4-5 hours- sitting in their vehicles and making calls. End of the day, Herb tells me he will write up the bill. $970 invoice. I told him that's not what you quoted. He said we get $100/hour, everybody else is more expensive. Regardless of my discussion about a non-commercial , non-union rate residential work, he would not budge. Stay away from this guy. He has made an entire 40+ year career of telling customers one price and starting the work immediately so that others cannot take over. In the end, charges outrageous rates for basic plumbing work. Get three quotes in writing first, then check the reviews. My mistake.

We had a major problem with our septic system when floodwaters from Hurricane Irma forced earth into the tank which was recently drained thereby causing it to collapse along with the surrounding patio base. Herb agreed to help us connect to a nearby sewer line with the permission of the county and owner of the company of course! It was done with professionalism and as rapid a pace considering his many other demands placed upon him due to high volume of customers created by this event! I found him and his associate trustworthy and pleasant to work with and surprisingly my 20 yr old parrot adored him and that was amazing to me as she is so recalcitrant with new persons in her environment! I highly recommend him for his excellent service and demeanor.

Nice but that doesn't get job done. Started replumb of a 2/2 house in May and finished in late September. A nightmare. Seldom show up and when they do it's only a partial day. House was vacant from June on. No reason for the delay. Run!

Extremely easy to make an appointment even with the Holidays at hand. They were here the next day promptly, and their tech Armando was knowledgeable, very efficient and had a great attitude. The service was adequate and at a fair and competitive price. Recommend, and would certainly use again.

About a week ago, I had scheduled Herb Weems to come out a pump our septic tank. They gave me two choices: 8am sharp or a 9-11am window. I figured 8am would be best, but as of this review, it's 10:06am, and nobody has shown up. After calling at 8:30am, they said the technician would call me back to let me know when he'd be arriving... But he never called. At 9am, I called again, and they said that the new estimate was 10:30am. At that point, I was a little upset because I've been waiting around all morning, so I asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience. The response was (and, yes, this is a direct quote): """"No sir, there will be no discount because we still have to haul away your crap."""" I get it. I really do, but come on. Would $5 or $10 off be such a big deal if it meant keeping a """"regular"""" customer and avoiding such a """"brown"""" review? Instead, I found another company that should be here in a few minutes (still before Herb Weems would have shown up). Hopefully they'll get everything """"cleaned out"""" just fine. Poop. (Had to get that last one in there)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our son is in the process of buying a home with a VA mortgage and we are completing all his preliminary processes, with that said I called and scheduled a septic pump out and inspection 5 days prior to us driving down from Jacksonville due to the home inspection being done the same day. I explained the situation and timeline to Sarah and she said there would be no issue with the scheduled appointment, however the day of scheduled inspection no one showed at the 2pm appointment time. I spoke with two different people and they both said it couldn't be completed due to their lack of planning. I was also told that the owner said to just apologize to us and for us to find some other business to complete the inspection. Very unprofessional and irresponsible, I would use All Daytona Septic or another business or you may find yourself in the same situation!

Outstanding folks. I was in a pinch having a part. Another company was supposed to deliver two Porta Potties on Friday, as I was having my big annual party on Sunday. I had to stay home from 7am to 7pm waiting for them and they did not arrive, nor would the company answer, as it was the weekend. I called every company you could imagine and my last hope was Weems. They came on a Saturday and were very reasonable and helped me out.. I highly recommend them and I'll be calling them for next year!

Unprofessional and LIARS. So I had a main tap that would not turn on. Herb came out himself and charged me $100 to tap on the side of the stuck spicket and simply turn it on ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a 1 minute job. I asked for a quote to replace it and a couple other things that he quoted me $250 for the job. When he never showed up the next week to do the work, I called. They said it would now be $400. I asked why the previous quote was changed. No answer. So a month goes by I was still waiting even at the $400 rip-off charge. I called and spoke to the office lady at least 4 times. Always was told.. """"I need to ask Herb"""". Herb is the owner I got the quote from BTW. Anyway, still not fixed. Just ripped off for $100. I would walk around on hot concrete with my intestines dragging on the ground before I would ever use this nasty company for plumbing ever again. They lie, and don't make their appointments. They just treat customers like they are garbage no matter what the case.
