I had a very pleasant experience with HER Plumbing from start to finish. I have severe anxiety about home improvement projects as i live in a condo. My condo building actually uses HER Plumbing as their plumber so they are very knowledgeable when it comes to our pipes and water shut off etc. I first spoke with Linda and explained that i needed someone to come out within a couple of days. Linda moved things around on their schedule to accommodate me. She also explained what information i needed to get to her in a very detailed manner and broke down the cost of each step/item. Todd arrived on time and was very personable, respectful and professional. He did his job in a very timely manner. Todd gave me some advice on some other projects i am planning. I would absolutely recommend HER Plumbing and would use them again.

They take the time to explain the issues and come up with long-term solutions instead of other plumbing companies that temporarily fix problems that come back again and want to charge you over and over again. I've wasted so much money on other plumbing companies. Her plumbing is very professional.

I've used the services of HER PLUMBING from the 1990s up through today.
I couldn't be happier. I moved into my new place that needs a lot of work. Todd helped me today. He fixed the tub, kitchen sink and put a new garbage disposal in.
The new dishwasher will be next.

I asked for their service, and a plumber came after a week. I made two requests. One of them was replacing a faucet. The plumber spewed out a string of excuses telling me why he cannot event lift a finger. After spending about 5 minutes telling me lies, he just left.
