I don't even know where to begin. It started with a gas leak; I was in desperate need of a gas certified plumber and went to my facebook connections for a recommendation and a dear friend of mine referred me to HEPCO. From the first call to the last, they were responsive, professional, timely and communicative. Since the gas leak, they've helped to resolve 2 other issues. They are definitely costly, but from my experience with home renovations, etc. you get what you pay for. They know their stuff and have a way of explaining it in layman terms. Their team is top notch from the office to the plumbers. I wouldn't hesitate to call HEPCO again if the need arises, or recommend them. THANK YOU!!!

If I could give HEPCO 0 stars, I would! We had HEPCO install a new instant water heater and within one month it was leaking under the sink. It was completely covered under warranty and should've been fixed right away without any issue. I can not tell you how many times I had to call this company to set up the repair. They take WEEKS to respond to you! A new technician came out to take a look and told me that the entire system needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me $1250 for the entire job. I argued with these people for months regarding the warranty and they only offered to drop the price by $200. It's ridiculous to even try to set up an appointment -- I can't tell you how many emails and phone calls I made to set up a specific window of time, they would never come at that time and would claim every time that it was my fault, that I did not communicate with them properly. I had another plumber come and take a look instead and he told me that the system was totally fine, it was only the actual faucet that needed to be replaced. This company LIES, is incredibly unprofessional and just ridiculous to try to communicate with! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

Did good work on installing a new boiler in our brownstone. Carl the technician of plumber is very knowledgeable and professional.

Every time they come out for a service call they charge a couple of hundred dollars and this is even when they got the initial job done wrong and one out to fix it they want money again. I don't understand what the warranty is about if they continue to charge every time. Although Carl is very good the actual people to do the job are different. Not sure if I would use them again.

I live in a Co-Op Brownstone and were persuaded to have Hepco install a ""Duel Burner"" system on our boiler to save $$ down the line. DON'T TRY THIS!!! We have not had a day without hot water or heating problems in 2 weeks since the conversion. Hepco has come by to ""fix"" this more than once, and even though they came at 6P tonight, we are still without heat and hot water at midnight. Called them over an hour ago, and they said they would have someone out within the hour. Nada. You have been forewarned!
