This is the 2nd time I've used Matt, and it was another great experience. I can't recommend him enough.

We had a leaky pipe in our crawlspace that needed to be replace. Within 1 hour (that was fast!) he had the pipe fixed, and the water back on.

Over the years I've needed a ""handyman plumber"" for various projects, and he's definitely the best plumber that I've ever had to our house. He's efficient, proactive, and thoughtful.

We were having a problem with leaking through ceiling from a toilet located upstairs. It would only occur if the toilet was flushed several times. The flush was relatively weak strength. I tried to clear clog, snake toilet, etc. Wasn't able to do it. I called Mr. Henthorn on recommendation of a friend. He was professional, fast and expert. He removed the toilet, snaked it properly and found the obstruction (steel wool) and replaced the wax seal. His pricing was fair and I would use him again without hesitation.

We first called Matt about sewer problems. We had first called Roto-Rooter who installed a cleanup in the middle of our front lawn. When that failed, we called Matt. He determined that the problem was with the city. He helped me contact the city and arrange for a free repair.

Today I called Matt with three problems, a water heater that was turning off, and repairs to two toilets. All of these he fixed quickly.

Matt was called when our water heater failed. He asked me a few questions on the phone and then asked me to send him a picture of the info label on the side of the water heater. He knew what was wrong, got the serial number off of the label and showed up on time with the right part.

He had the water heater running in less than 30 minutes, cleaned up the area, and was on his way. I was very impressed.

He's polite, showed up on time, and very professional. I asked for his card and will use him again. I highly recommend Matt.

I looked up a plumber on Yelp and found Henthorn Plumbing. I called one other company, but I really liked Matt's manner on the phone. The other company I called started throwing out all kinds of caveats: we may have to go on the roof ($), etc, etc.
Matt Henthorn knew what the problem was from my description, and said it would probably be an easy fix, which it was. His price is very reasonable, he showed up on time, and got the job done. Solid 5 stars, and we will use him for our future plumbing needs.

Had a clogged toilet and was looking for someone to come in as soon as possible. Tried a few other plumbers and nobody bothered calling back. Called Matt at 8:15 AM, got his call back by 9 AM. We scheduled a time for later in the evening.. and as promised, Matt was right on time, got the toilet unclogged, fixed another minor issue. Less than 15-20 mins, he's done a thorough professional job at a reasonable price and left a very happy satisfied customer. Will definitely reach out to him anytime I have plumbing issues in the future and also recommend him to others.

I called Matt to clear a clogged toilet. Matt quoted $125 to clear the line between the toilet and the septic tank. I chose Matt because the other plumbers I called quoted $200, $250 and $338 to do the same job. Matt provided quality work and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He charged exactly what he quoted. He is professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call Matt for my next plumbing job.
