I had a corroded pipe in a tight attic space that needed to be replaced asap. Henson came out quickly and replaced the pipe at a fair price. They are reliable and offer a great price. Will use again for my needs. They exceeded my expectations for sure!

I requested a quote for a few things. A gentleman came out looked at everything, requested that I send a few details via email which I did then never heard a word back from anyone. Emails were left unanswered and I never received any calls.

Tankless water heater pipe sprung a pin hole leak-inside the tank. Well known plumbing company that installed the unit said it needed replacement-$6K. We were referred to Henson's for a second opinion and wrapped it up with a $100 part+labor. These guys were responsive and and pointed out a few issues with the original install.

Had a clog in the pipes somewhere between the toilet and the shower. Called around to get pricing and availability. Henson's quoted $150 per hour. The tech showed up, not the friendliest but not a big deal. I showed him the various clean outs and after I saw the equipment he brought out explained we had already manually snaked the line and got stuck and an electric snake would be needed. He replied, well that's not what the office said. They told me I needed to fix a clogged toilet. I gotta go back and get the appropriate equipment. ok that's unfortunate since it's already late into our appointment window. He came back 30 minutes later and worked on cleaning the line for 2 hours unsuccessfully, came inside the house to try the toilet unsuccessfully...he was covered in mud, tracked throughout my house. Thankfully I don't have carpet but totally unprofessional. He advised that he was going into overtime and the rate would be time and half, I had to leave in 30 minutes to get my kids from daycare. He changed clean out locations and was finally able to push the clog down the line to the main. At this point I had to leave. He said we'd be charged for 3 hours because he wasn't done cleaning up. I came back home to my back gate unlocked. The main cover at the street left open. My kitchen floor muddy. And no invoice or receipt written up and left in my mailbox. When we called the office the next day, we were not charged for the overtime rate but instead charged a $200 equipment fee!!! Not once was this mentioned my the tech or the office. I could have rented that equipment cheaper myself. I would have decided to go with another company had an accurate estimate been provided. When your tech left to get equipment that was going to cost me more money I should have been notified. I would have immediately declined your service. Completely unprofessional. Cheaper is not always better.

Just fixed a problem I've had quite sometime did a really good job in probably 30 minutes.I spoke to other plumbing companies they were inadequate to say the least and ridiculouse price.

I had an issue with an older hot water heater and I called several plumbers to come take a look at it. One Plummer stood at the door of my garage and diagnose the issue and gave me some ridiculously expensive quote without even looking at the hot water heater so I asked Hansen plumbing to come out and take a look at it. They came at the exact time that they said they would come and the tech was very nice. He looked at it and advise me that's an older hot water heater but he would try a couple of things to see if he can get it to work. He made a fix but didn't hold so he came right back out the next day to look at it again. He gave me an estimate for a new hot water heater and the labor and it was $1000 cheaper than the first plumber. He went out and got the necessary parts and fixed it quick fast and in a hurry. I must say he was one of the nicest technicians I have ever had come to my home. They gave me a warranty and told me they never had any issues of any kind to give them a call. Everything is working just fine. I should've call them in the first place.

This may be a great company, but my first experience wasn't the best. We had one of the plumbers come out and repair two showers they were not running properly so they had to replace the portion that switches from the faucet to the shower no problems, not an overly friendly tech but I don't really care about that. When we waited 24 hours as asked for the caulking to dry we checked the shower and it was spraying out the top. I notified them they had that same plumber come back and a couple minutes later he came downstairs said it was fixed and told me I was going to be invoiced $130... what???
I asked him why he didn't inspect before he left and he said he didn't see it... So that's my problem? I did call the office and the person who helped me over the phone was extremely pleasant and very helpful, let me know that they would have this taken care of. I appreciate her help, but not the service I received at my home.

Henson's Plumbing simply saved us from a Christmas NIGHTMARE. Two days before Christmas, our water heater went out, rendered useless and we had family arriving the next day. Panicking, we called every plumbing company in the East Bay and they all told us the same thing ""sorry, we can't be out there until next week"". When we call Henson's plumbing, we explained the situation and how we were in dire need of a water heater. After a brief hold, the receptionist got back on the phone and told us the amazing news ""we'll be at your house between 2-4"". They arrived exactly on time, took the old unit away, and within hours we had hot water for our family and coming guests. To say that Henson's Plumbing is a premier service, would be an understatement. They simply saved our Christmas and we will be reaching back out to them with all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Horrible service had a broken pipe under the house service tech shows up turns off the water and informed us that we needed to repipe the house . Ok waited 2 days then called to find out the cost of the repair and they didn't do the quote yet said they would call us back didnt hear anything called back again and same response they are working on it and never received a phone call at all ever since the company was sold they have gone to shit don't even bother calling them absolutely a joke
