I needed to have a lateral sewer inspection done for a house I was purchasing and they were able to make an appointment the very next day. When that evening, the deal went sideways, I called them the next morning to cancel, and they did without a problem. Then Three days later, I had to call them again when the deal was back on the table, they rescheduled immediately. They were nothing but pleasant and efficient in heloing me deal with the ups and down that were entirely my own issues, but they never made me feel like I was a crazy woman. In the end Matt was accomodating, professional and patient. Their quick work allowed me to move forward in buying a house. All without any hassle over making payment arrangements. Thank you Matt and office staff!!!

I'm the kind of person that has to give credit where credit is due!!! This morning, I had sewage backing up into my bathroom tubs. Yuck! I got right on the phone and called Henson's Plumbing. My phone call was answered by a very pleasant gal who told me she could get someone out in the afternoon. Within an hour/hour and a half, my doorbell rang and it was Matt from Henson's. He knew exactly what my problem was and got to work snaking my sewer line. Matt was VERY pleasant and professional. He came in to make sure the drains were working okay. I even learned a thing or two. I like when companies that come into your home have employees that show they really like their jobs. Matt's one of those people. I will, definitely, use Henson's again and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

I have used Henson Plumbing several times and they are always fast and affordable! The first time I used them was for my house but over the past few years I call them for the office I work at as well. I have always cringed when I knew I had to call a plumber but with Henson I know that I am not going to be ripped off. The technicians are always friendly, as is the receptionist who answers the phone. Very personable :) I highly recommend using Henson for small or large plumbing problems.

Neede to install two new disposals in my kitchen, one on the island and one for the maim kitchen sink. Also want the new faucet for my laundry room sink. I pre-purchased all the parts so I called around for labor only pricing. First to calls were $350 and $385. Henson quoted 2.5 hrs for approximately $250. Love supporting local small business so I made an appointment. There was great communication from the office staff and the technician was on time. He was in and out in about an hour and only charged my $105. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars all the way. Great experience. Thank you.

Called them yesterday, and they showed up the next morning. The technician Matt had a hell of a time fixing my faucet, but in the end charged me the hour and I needed a replacement part which he called the local plumbing supply store and ordered the right part. I went and picked it up and installed the rest. I did this to save a little money.

We had an issue come up requiring the snake to the street. They were fast to respond and quick to handle the problem. Beware thougth that on the weekend such a repair will cost up to $149.00. Even if the job takes 20 minutes to handle...it's a $149 bill. Not cheap!

It's so nice to find five-star providers, and Henson is clearly one of those. Showed up right on time, did the work in record time, charged a very fair price (even provided an unexpected senior discount) for their work. Left not a trace they were there. I think it was Israel, but am not sure. Just what I asked for. Kudos from me. MackT

Excellent Service. Dave of Henson Plumbing is extremely knowledgeable and is friendly and personable. He solved my plumbing problems in short order and even made a couple of suggestions for improvement. He's a top notch plumber who called before he came, and was punctual. Excellent work.
