I recently invested in a Tankless Water heater. At HENSON ROBINSON - Dominic Carnduff was very easy to work with and ensured that I received service beyond my expectations! His knowledge about the products was very helpful in my decision-making. Cam was the installation plumber and I will certainly ask for him in the future for any home plumbing needs. Their work ethic is hard to find, matched only by their commitment to customer service. They showed up on time, made certain they left my home as clean as they found it and were very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted two major companies in Springfield for a bid. When I didn't have Henson Robinson's bid within a few days - Dominic initiated follow up about the details which slightly delayed his bid. I felt like a valued customer immediately. Dominic explained everything in enough detail that I could easily understand. Also, I know a lot of these online reviews are written by people that receive some type of compensation - please know that I have not received any compensation or encouragement to write this review. I am not related to or friends with anyone at Henson Robinson. I am just proud to be a valued customer, so pleased with their services that I want to share my experience.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION: I feel obligated to also comment on their COMPETITOR. Over a week after visiting my home, I still did not have the competitors bid. Subsequently, I had to call them over five times requesting it. Each time I phoned - they either did not reply promptly or made me feel like I was being a nuisance. When I finally did receive the competitor's bid - it was more than 25% over the general 'ballpark' provided at the time of their visit. Since I was already feeling like a nuisance - I suspect they just didn't want my business. I also suspected that any potential follow-up after installation would be treated with the same disinterest in me, the customer. Their name will remain unmentioned here; but all my friends, neighbors and family will know.

Today Eric Ellis of Henson Robinson completed an annual preventive maintenance service on my AC system. He did very professional job, thoroughly checking and servicing both the inside and outside components of the system.. He was very neat and left the site in better shape than when he arrived. He answered and addressed all of my questions. I would highly recommend him and Henson Robinson.
