Hired them to install a new tank on my well. Their master plumber said everything was good and left. Then an hour later my pump motor burned up. Their so called master plumber never let any of the air out of the new tank so my pump short cycled it self to death. Tried calling but they never returned a call. Call somewhere else.
We haven't had air conditioning over the holidays we call Henry Smith and he actually what not touch air furnace and said we needed in a electrician which we did not need anybody that knows how to fix a furnace or the air conditioning should know what to do but he did nothing and I do not recommend them at all so is zero on the review
CROOKS! They tried to scam me! The plumber from Henry Smith stated that he couldn't remove the anode rod due to corrosion. He said that my water heater was 1 year out of warranty and that I needed to replace it. He quoted me 1450.00 and charged me 218 for the diagnostic. I felt both were high, and when I called the office to confirm, they stated I was overcharged and refunded me 35$. I called 2 other plumbers and both said they would install and remove the old for 350 if I supplied the tank (400). HALF THE PRICE! I hired I CON to do the job. When the new plumber arrived, he showed me that the manufacture date printed on the hot water heater was March 2016 and that I had 5 years left minimum on my warranty! He was also able to remove the anode rod without a problem. He is returning the water heater and I am ordering a replacement anode rod that can be installed for 100 dollars. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Have a farily new shower that was remodeled about 7 years ago. I was experiencing low spray over the last couple of months via the original handheld, the stationary was also restricted somewhat and the tub spout was leaking some over that period of time. FYI the rest of the house I have fine water pressure and the techician tested it on the bathroom sink also said so. He told me that with the tub spout, you are going to leak some water back through it, hmm it never did before when it was engaged. I could have done what he done on this service call, he took off the handheld and tried taking out the piece to the new shower head. He ended up trying to make bigger holes in the connection with a razor blade. He also tried the line without the shower head. I paid $125 for basically nothing and something I could have tried myself, but was looking for some professional help. I kept telling him that I have iron in my water and maybe I needed new parts the the line to the shower, that they may be fouled. He seemed totally uninterested in solving my problem and told me to go get a new shower head that wasn't an aqua saver. A guy off the street may have done better and helped me more. Totally unimpressed and will never ever call them again for anything! Beware of Henry Smith's fancy yellow page ad, as it suckered me in!!
Samantha H.The one thing I will say is that the guys were nice. However, I definitely felt ripped off... When I called to get my apptment. They charge $85 for a service fee. That's just for them to drive to your house. That DOES NOT include diagnosis... Diagnosis is $50 extra $. I was not informed this in the first place or I most likely would not have used them seeing as I wouldn't pay you 85$ to drive to my home if I didn't think that included the diagnosis. Also they wanted to charge me some 500$ to cable my lines. Then $100 some $ an hour to run a camera down it. When I told other drain cleaners this after calling for estimates they just laughed and agreed it was outlandish. They basically told me my lines were clogged... Ummmm yeaaaaa that's why I called. Felt cheated out of my hard earned money. Lesson learned.
The technician fixed the Furnace leak and Bathroom venting, great to have one company handle both things! Saved me an extra service call. I highly recommend them, reasonably priced and quick to respond.
