I had an emergency plumbing situation (mid-day) and he was quick to show up, very professional and courteous. I'd highly recommend their services.

A great experience all around! After purchasing a foreclosure that hadn't been lived in for over a year, and the previous owner performed absolutely no ongoing maintenance, pretty much all the faucets, shutoffs and the water heater needed replacing.
Henry arrived the next morning and detailed a plan, got to work immediately with parts he keeps in inventory and sent an assistant to pick up a quality water heater that got installed that afternoon.
All issues were completed that same day and the invoice was subsequently lower that I planned for. Henry is now our go-to guy for EVERYTHING we'll ever need!

I have used Henry Schmitz Plumbing before and they did a good job at a fair price. Yesterday I called them because my water heater failed. This morning they called to ask If I wanted extended warranty. I said YES. They then arrived on time with the replacement water heater I needed. They arrived with masks which I appreciated. Workmanship and site cleanup were all done well. I would recommend.

It's ironic that this company would use the photos of the van graphics that my company put on it and then stiff us for the cost of them. Can't waste anymore time trying to get someone to pay for something if they refuse to act ethically and won't even respond to numerous emails and phone calls over a years time.

Henry always shows up in a timely fashion, is efficient and affordable. We've used him for everything from small indoor repair to attic hot water heater replacement to major outdoor irrigation emergencies.

Henry Schmitz Plumbing is a reputable company. We have been using them for our plumbing needs for over a year. Henry, himself, has been able to fix every issue in a quick and easy. His prices are reasonable and his services are prompt. I would recommend Henry Schmitz plumbing for all your home needs and commercial needs!

My problem started by having a handyman install a Low Fow Toilet on the 2nd story to save water. Two years later there was a 6 inch stain directly below the installed toilet on the ceiling of the 1st floor. This time I decided to call a professional company, so I called Henry Schmitz Plumbing. I had to cleaning up after his plumber, Tony, who had tracked mud all over my carpet. He came down stairs and said that only one ring had been applied instead of 2 rings and he charged me $100.50. I had to call him in back the next day, as the toilet would not flush, so he snaked it. Two years later the very same problem reappeared, directly below the toilet, on the ceiling of the 1st story there was a big brown stain. I called Henry, and he looked at the problem, but he could not do all the work as 1st stated, so I called in another company. Henry's Plumber had misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. The finding by the new company, where that there was a broken FLANGE ring. Henry Schmitz Plumbing, had set a wax ring over the broken FLANGE and then set the toilet that rocked. A slow seepage took 2 years to penetrate to the 1st story floor, as I am a Senior with poor knees, that mostly uses the toilet on 1st floor. I had to call a restoration company to spray fungicide and dry it with blowers and humidifiers costing $1,057.
I had to replace the 2nd story rotted floor and still need to repair the ceiling, including the huge hole created to repair the FLANGE, which should have been repaired by Henry Schmitz Plumbing in the first place.
I would definately not recommend Henry Schmitz due to poor diagnosis, lack of proper repair, not answering calls and poor customer service,

I was very happy with Tony's work and he was very professional.
I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Could not be more pleased with HSP. We had a waterline break in our slab a few years ago and called HSP to fix it. Henry arrived and with the assitance of one of his co-workers, had us re-plumbed and fully functional in a day and half. In the last month, we remodeled two bathrooms. I served as the General Contractor and had subs for tile and plumbing. HSP was on time every single day that they were scheduled and the quality of work was second to none. Their rates are very fair, the work is done to standards and code. The technicians who worked with us (Mike, Tony and Henry) were careful to clean up after themselves, offer ideas and most important of all did what they said they would do. I highly recommend Henry and his team.

We had a new dishwasher installed. Schmitz technician arrive just a little late and apologized but quickly had the old washer removed and new one installed without a hitch. He answered questions about our water connection and new dishwasher. The job was done quickly and no mess left behind. We will use their service again.
