Ryan at Henry plumbing is great! I recently found Ryan when I needed help at my dad's house. I can fix a car but it takes 3 trips to Home Depot for me change a toilet flapper! I can say that the service and price with Ryan's company was exceptional and will refer him to anyone that I may know that needs professional plumbing services. Thanks again Ryan!

Very unprofessional. Was told Ryan would show up around 2:30 before/ after another job in Arcadia. By 4pm I began to wonder. I called Diane at the office, her reply to my question for an update was, """"oh. I've been trying to reach him all day. He had a big job this morning, he must have been held up. Let me try to reach him and let him know you'v been waiting."""" Minutes later I got a call from Ryan who began to tell me, he never gives an exact time, and before I could tell him, I didn't need an exact time, I was looking for an update... He started to rant that I needed to listen to him, that he took this job ... blah blah... and I replied no you listen to me, where I would have simply tried to get an eta. But, I do not need or want someone who is going to speak to me, the customer, in such a condescending attitude. I don't need or want that in my home. I could not listen to a lecture and I hung up. Ryan then text me to """"never call him again."""" I text him no worry of that, that if he would have listened without an attitude, I could have told him, I just wanted an update, etc... He replied """"Blocked."""" To which I replied, """"get a life."""" Will never recommend... highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

Does every plumbing disaster happen on the weekend? Henry Plumbing's responsiveness and expert advice gave me peace of mind and a thorough fix. Sunday morning, I heard drumming somewhere in the house, then while doing laundry, other places joined in - guest bathtub, kitchen sink. One attempted flush in the guest bath later, total blockage. Panic! Loved the Yelp reviews on Henry Plumbing (Ryan Henry is the owner) and even though it was Sunday at noon, Ryan called me back as soon church let out We went over the """"symptoms,"""" and he advised how we could function just fine until Monday. Ryan arrived right on schedule on Monday, and quickly took care of the problem, and did an amazing job cleaning up after. The best part is their tag line - """"When you flush, think of us!""""

We had mysterious water leaks between the walls and floor. I called and he was able to get here the same day. Mr. Henry arrived very close to his projected time (within 20 minutes from his previous job) and got right on it. It was not an easy fix and required a lot of investigation and confirmation steps, besides having to break some concrete to access a water pipe. Bottom line is that we are happy with the arrive we got, the pricing is quite reasonable and we will use this company again for plumbing repairs or installations.

My daughter and I arrived in FL on this past Sunday (after a 12 hour drive) only to have septic backup within 3 hours after arrival after doing a load of laundry. Ryan showed up on Monday within 10 minutes of when he said he would be there, and was confident he could find the problem and fix it. I was extremely discouraged and stressed, and he immediately put me at ease, and indeed fixed the problem. Very reasonable price, and even fixed a small leak in one of my sink drains for a nominal fee. Gave me lots of great tips on how to avoid this problem in the future.
