dealt with them twice and both times A+

1st time was few years back replacing the heating element on existing electric hot water heater. came when they said they would, in and out, and fair price for the work.

2nd time was just after christmas when our water heater failed cause of age. i bought a new heat pump unit the same day, and they installed it the next morning.

i will say that it took few weeks to get the bill, which i needed to file for the rebates and understand that the office manager may have been away on vacation.

Would not recommend using plumber. Called for details regarding the soonest they would be able to make it, he disregarded everything I said and was very persistent that he will not help me. I am without heat and called during emergency hrs, customer service was beyond awful. Would not recommend anyone to this company. Good luck. I was given excellent elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever! Please improve on communication skills with customers.
