Not a good experience. Using a dull drill bit, they left multiple scars on my brand new tile bathroom floor and marred the wall. The wall could be easily fixed, but the tile can't.
Did not finish the job and found ways to attempt higher earnings. Plumber wanted to reroute the kitchen hot water tank instead of using the one assigned to the bathroom. It would have meant cutting open the wall when all we wanted was copper piping replaced.
Ended up using another plumber to finish the bathroom and go under the house to install new insulation. They had pulled out the insulation in a messy, tear-it-up way, leaving under the house a total mess. New plumber cleaned up their mess, reinstalled insulation and finished the job. We took pictures. The replacement plumber was actually angry at how it had been left. Said it makes plumbers as a group look bad.

I cannot say how many times these people have rescued us. Always top notch and no short cuts. We had another plumbing company give us a quote on a job and they changed it three times because we said it was too high, and offered to do work on the side. I always worry about companies changing their minds about what a job costs.

I had a belly in my Plumbing pipes so they were going to replace up to 20 feet of pipe for $7, 400. They started digging a hole by hand cuz it was in my garage and after two and a half days of digging it couldn't find the pipe so they stuck a camera down there and found a belly right after the first belly. So they decided they were going to reroute the pipe so they filled in the hole that they spent two and a half days digging and gave me another quote for 10 more feet of piping. The quote was $14, 000 and how they were rerouting it they were going to be able to use an excavator instead of doing it by hand so it would be easier for them. I told him I wanted to get different quotes. He immediately dropped it down to $12,000 but if I didn't want gravel put back on top of my driveway he do it for $11, 000. So I found a guy that would do it for $5, 500. So I wanted a refund 4 most of the $3,700 I put down for them to do the work. To make a long and ridiculous story short 6 months later I got back $1, 200. After getting the runaround and book full of excuses for 6 months they charged me $2, 500 to dig a grave size whole and fill it back in. Couldn't be more unsatisfied with the company. Pushy manipulative and Shady

They may seem great the first time you call and have something done but if you have to call back for a repair or anything, WATCH OUT! We called Henry & Sons Plumbing in Puyallup, WA to repair our hot water heater that we had originally purchased from them. Henry told us it could not be repaired and we needed a new one. We purchased one in July 2016. In January 2018 we called because we do not have enough hot water to take 1 shower. Henry told us there is nothing wrong with it and it was electrical and we needed our breaker checked. We did not believe this to be true but we had an electrician check and he found no problem. I was not looking forward to calling Henry back as they are pros at blaming the customer or anything else to avoid fixing a problem. We paid $203.00 for a 15 minute visit where he spent half of this time telling us it was our electrical. I did not want to pay again to get our less than 2 year old hot water heater fixed. Finally I called and as expected, they blamed us for not calling sooner, said we probably damaged the hot water heater, had to have proof that the electrical was checked and working and on and on and on. We are not going to pay another $200.00 for a repair that should have been done the first time we called. We will be looking for another plumber!

I should have thought about checking back when this event happened to see where I could write a scathing review, but since there's only ""1"" review here, it's going to be helpful to anyone that reads this in the future. First of all I have their refrigerator magnet business card on my refrigerator - with a big red circle and line through it to remind me to tell everyone I came across that these people will take advantage of you in a heartbeat! And, believe me I DO! DON'T HAVE THEM DO WORK FOR YOU!
After I bought my manufactured home in Graham, I needed to move my outside water spigot over about 6' so I could build a large deck on the back of my house. I was thinking of having another spigot added to the front of my house so I wouldn't have to drag hoses all over the place from one spigot. Henry's was the only plumber I could get to come out on short notice. The son came out and gave me a ridiculous quote of over $1200. I asked for a quote to just move the existing spigot and he charged me about $725. When I asked why it was so much he gave be the excuse that the pricing came out of a labor book like mechanics use. I would suggest a customer ask what a contractor's hourly rate is, and if they won't work that way, tell them to take a hike.
Since I felt like I was in a bind I told him to go ahead. From the moment I signed the order and gave him my credit card until the moment he closed the back of his truck and drove out of my driveway totaled one hour! He used about 8' of Pex hose, fittings, insulation and the cheapest spigot I've ever seen (it leaks constantly). That's about $30 worth of parts at Lowe's prices. One hour @ $725. Sign with these people at your own peril!
