Awful service. Rude and condescending. The ""plumber"" Mike ripped off my elderly parents. He charged $168 to put a shim under the toilet when the flange was broken. When we asked him to come back and do the job right he refused. Do not use them if you want the job done right. VERY unprofessional and lazy.
