I contacted Henley's plumbing after receiving two previous estimates for a leaking toilet. Not only did they give me a better deal but the customer service was outstanding. The technician, Eric, was friendly, relatable, and a fast and efficient worker. I really appreciated how easy he was to talk to and explain everything very clearly and in a candid manner. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on calling them for all my future plumbing needs. It's great to have a company that you can rely on to do a quality job and for a good value.

I requested that Henley's come out and remove my reverse osmosis under-the -sink system. I have had the system for more than 10 years and have maintained the system myself...after recently changing all 3 filters, I could not get water to go through the system and discharge the filtered water to the holding tank. I replaced the old tank with a new one and checked the lines for blockages and could find none. Henley's sent their technician, Eric, out to give me an estimate for removing the old system. Eric arrived early for the appointment and with his knowledge of reverse osmosis systems he checked mine out and found that the problem was 2 hoses that were not inserted as far into the filters as they should have been. That fixed the problem and water began of flow through the system and into the holding tank. Even though Eric was at the house for almost an hour, he didn't charge me for a service call. Eric did explain that I had an old and inexpensive system and that I might want to consider getting an upgraded new system in the future and gave me an estimate. There was no pressure from Eric to make the change now...When I do need a new system, I plan on calling Henley's to put in a new upgraded one. I was very impressed with their professionalism and promptness to providing service.

Every time I call this company I get a great response. It's so important to get a good first impression when calling on the phone, and they definitely provided that. When the techs get there they alway call and confirm what the problem is and give an estimate to see if you want them to continue. Their work is great and they are an Honest and reliable company. Would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone else who needs a good quality company to hire.

The office clerk is rude and sarcastic. She may be the owner. They said it would be a free estimate but it was not. Charged $150 to open it up and gave an estimate which was totally wrong. Called another plumber who pointed out that the problem was not the drain pipe but there was a leak behind the pipe. Sergio was nice and helpful.

They were responsive and courteous, and they were able to help us unclog the line for our dishwasher. They were somewhat overpriced in our opinion, but we didn't have time to find anyone else and a lot of other businesses were booked out for weeks. Overall, happy with the company!

I had a leak coming through our walls from our 2 story home all the way down to our kitchen. We were able to see the leak coming out from our stucco. I called BHI and they responded very professionally and scheduled an appointment. They not only emailed me but also texted me to confirm the appointment.

Day of the appointment, Joe and his helper came promptly on time. They were very professional. Came in a marked vehicle and actually went back to their vehicle to get booties for their shoes to make sure they don't dirty our home. Very respectful. They thoroughly inspected the damaged, going from upstairs to downstairs to outside several times to access the problem/damaged. They ended up having to break open the stucco and found the leak pipe. Before any work was done, he walked me through his finding and explained everything throughly before any work was done and that I agreed to it first. Repair was made promptly the same day and so far so good, I don't see any leaks. After repair was made, they cleaned the area worked on and left everything very clean.

Will definitely be saving their number if I am ever in need of a plumber. Highly recommend.
