Founded in 1983 by Bryan Henley, Henley's Plumbing & Air has proudly served the community for over 40 years, initially as BHI Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Having been raised in San Bernardino, California, Bryan has a strong connection to the community. Growing up in a ""football family,"" Bryan played at Aquinas High School and later at the Universities of Utah and New Mexico.
Bryan founded Reddi Rooter Plumbing in 1983, and with his leadership, the company rapidly expanded, gaining an excellent reputation for service in San Bernardino. Eventually, Bryan expanded into HVAC services, renaming the company BHI (Bryan Henley Incorporated) Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. The company rebranded as Henley's Plumbing & Air in 2022. Today, Henley's Plumbing & Air is still a family-operated business, led by Bryan Henley and his two sons.

I tried using a few other companies and nobody has been as great as BHI! They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned everything afterwards. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about everything and even took the time to explain what he was doing so I was well informed. I really appreciate the customer service and how clean he left the house afterwards. I will never use another company besides BHI. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!! Thank you BHI!

Thankful for a quick response from BHI. Being that our home had the original A.C., we needed a complete system overhaul. The BHI crew was phenomenal in their attention to detail as well as cleanliness. BHI installed A New condensor, Coil, furnace, and a Wi-Fi thermostat.
We are 100% satisfied and might I add... Nice and cold/warm.

I am editing my original review. I originally gave a 2-Star review because I felt that I was overcharged for the service I received. This afternoon I got a call from Billy at BHI, and he wanted to rectify the issue I had with the overcharged service. He made it quite clear that customer satisfaction is a high priority. He fixed the price and refunded the overage that I felt I had paid. I appreciate the gesture and concern for customer care.

I've been using BHI for years for small plumbing and AC fixes. I've always been happy with their service. This time was a little different. What started as a small leak in the pipe in the foundation got even worse quickly - basically a whole house flood! Billy was able to clearly explain what the issues were and what my options were. The prices were fair and they took care of the work quickly and professionally and notified me of related items that should be considered. He even consulted me on what insurance coverage I might have. This was the largest plumbing repair bill I ever received, but I feel like I received good value for my money.

They showed up on time and were very polite. They did not try to sell me on anything and answered every question I had. They fixed the problem and made sure my AC system was running the way it should.

Our AC went out this afternoon, 110 degrees outside. We called for tech to come out, agreed to the after hours rate to have AC inspected. The tech came out, determined we needed a new motor, and we agreed to pay the elevated price (for additional after hours service) to have it replaced right there. The tech finished his work at 7:45p and went on his merry way, $790 later. We turned AC on and left at the same time to give house time to cool down. When we returned at 9:15pm, the AC was not working, back to square one. We called the after hours number 3 different times starting at 9:30p, each time was told tech will give us a call. Tech finally called at 10:45pm and said he cannot come back tonight but can come back in the morning. My husband explained to him that we already paid $790 for after hour service that did not correct the problem and someone needs to come out now. The tech said he cannot come tonight. My husband stated that if no one comes tonight, we will stop payment on credit card, you can come in the morning and put the old motor back in and take your new one and we will find someone else to do the services correctly. The tech informed my husband that we can keep the new motor, free of charge and he will write void on the invoice.
I have never had this kind of service in my life. I am appalled by the customer service and disregard for their clients. Our payment will be stopped as services were not rendered and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

This morning I called BHI for service at 7:30 am because my AC was not working to it's full potential. I was greeted by an answering service that got my message over to Lalo and he called me less than 30 minutes later. AMAZING! Now, having formerly worked at a local HVAC company I knew that this company was something special because someone calling back that fast is just unheard of. It gets better. He was at my house by 9:45am. Mind blown.
Lalo was very knowledgeable and explained the in's and outs of the system and what it should and should not be doing. He didn't rush the process even though he had a full day of repairs during this heat wave. He diagnosed that my system was low on refrigerant and added a couple of pounds and now my system is up and running perfectly.
I had been dreading having to call a service company because of the task it takes to even get an appointment set like the company I had worked for but BHI is a no nonsense company.
I couldn't be happier with my service today. Thank you very much Lalo!

Amazing customer service! I came home from vacation on a Sunday afternoon during this crazy heat wave we are having to find my air not working. It was 97 degrees in my house! My call was received by their answering service and the technician got back to me in less than a half hour and told me he could be out within the hour or the following day. He explained the charge to come out would be a little more if came that day since it was an after hour call. I liked that he gave me the option. I had him come out the same day. He was there with in the hour, diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it in that time frame. The price was fair and I couldn't be any more thankful that I did not have to sleep in a sauna that night.

So this review is from service in September 2017...I finally got my YELP account straightened out...my bad not theirs anyhoo, I wanted to post a review about BHI. WE had the best experience in getting a new furnace installed and AC installed for first time. Our previous furnace was sold to us by a building contractor in 2014. yeah 3 years old. The furnace was too big for our house and vents..so it was suffocating the airflow. We had and HVAC person from our local mountain area finally come to give us consultation review and estimate. The guy failed to appear for 3 appointments and had many excuses. WE then found BHI. The remedy offered by the other HVAC person would have not solved our problem and cost over 7 thousand dollars that would have been wasted, urgh. Ultimately, we went with BHI took their advice and plan to address all our needs and wants; couldn't be happier. On time on budget, friendly and responsive. Thanks!

I was very happy with the service provided by BHI. I had them come out for a ""summertime maintenance"" service prior to selling my home as a courtesy to the new owners. They allowed me to schedule my appointment online making it easy with my work schedule and they showed up on time on the specified day. The 2 gentlemen who came were professional, well dressed, and polite. They told me the HVAC system I had installed by All Air Masters was good quality and installed properly. It was refreshing to hear that opinion because a lot of companies could lie to create more business. Their honesty was impressive. They did notice one spot in the attic that needed some elevation to prevent leaks and fixed it accordingly. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.
