These guys are the real deal! Honest and professional work. We noticed a leak coming from our ceiling from our HVAC system early Sunday morning and were TERRIFIED. Even though our system is OLD, we were not yet prepared to pay for a full system replacement. I was able to schedule everything via Yelp, Edgar and (sorry I can't remember the name of the other great employee!) were there early (called to confirm it was okay to come by early :) ), and did a really thorough inspection of the system. They explained what was wrong very clearly, showed photos, and explained the different options. By the time they left, they had cleaned up the damage, serviced our system, gave us some extra air filters to have on hand, and replaced an important part of our system to help prolong it's life. Seriously, WAY better outcome than me and my husband thought. Everything seemed very fairly priced.

Thank you guys for coming out - we are SO happy to have the peace of mind of the water cleaned up in our attic, and to have our AC back up and running, plus the confidence of knowing our archaic unit will last us a little bit longer until we can afford a replacement. As a final note, I really appreciate that these guys were really kind and did not try to hard-sale a new system to us when we were not ready for one. They were honest about what was in good shape, as well as what was in bad shape with the system, and how having a new system or certain upgrades could help with airflow and efficiency. We could not be more thrilled with the quality of service received. We'll be return customers for sure!

Anthony was my technician and he was very professional and friendly. I especially noticed he brushed his shoes off on my welcome mat being mindful of not tracking any extra 'dirt' into my home. He showed up during the time-slot given By Desiree (she was also very timely in responding to my Yelp request and very friendly on the phone) the work on my toilet leak entailed replacement of the internal parts and I am a satisfied customer. I appreciate his explanation of the problem and his expertise in repair. I will definitely utilize Anthony in the future!

My husband called them because our AC went out. Guy comes out, says says we have a leak in the coils and it will be $5000 to fix we'd be better off getting a new AC for $7000. Well, just so happens my friends son is doing an apprenticeship with an HVAC team in Palm Springs. His ""boss,"" tells us that's too much and get a 2nd opinion. We do, guy comes out, tells my husband there in in fact NO LEAK and fixed the issue for $200. WILL.NEVER.USE.BHI.AGAIN. Thieves. So sad that companies will have their employees lie to hardworking people to make a sale.

Fantastic service, both Rudy and Fernando were prompt. They worked on adding a shutoff valve and completed the job really fast. Customer service was great as well. Hard to find good plumbers, already thinking of using their organization for future projects.

We purchased a brand new home four years ago that came with two A/C units. We haven't had any issues with either of them until last week when one unit stopped blowing cold air. We submitted a request through Yelp which went to several companies and BHI was very prompt in responding to our request. I reached out to them with a non-emergency request on Saturday 8/10/19 and they were able to come out first thing on Monday morning (8/12/19).

Unfortunately there was a small hiccup with getting the system fixed when the technician first came out, but the manager, Stuart, reached out to me and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was investigated and fixed properly. This was truly exceptional customer service. Thank you Stuart!

I had my AC unit leak into an upstairs hallway at 10 PM on a Friday night. By 11 PM Rudy from BHI had the problem identified and damage control done. They scheduled a follow up for the next day and by noon the next day my AC was running better than ever. They not only fixed the issue, but also took care of some issues caused by poor workmanship by the company that originally installed the system. The price was far less than I expected to pay. The service was excellent, I could tell that not only they cared about doing a good job, but were genuinely sympathetic of hassle expense I was going through. Will definitely be using BHI in the future.

I wish I remembered the technicians name! He was super friendly and amazing. They came out quickly to fix a clogged toilet I had. Maybe a little pricey, but definitely worth the customer service.
