With an unexpected HUGE spike in the water bill, we assumed my aunt had a major leak at her house in Corona. I called Henley's and within 2 hours there were to technicians at the house to help. Ulises and Jose were professional, polite and extremely detail oriented. They looked at every inch of the house and property to try and find the leak. Lucky for us, there was no leak nor damage and it's back to the city for a recheck of the numbers. The technicians took the time to provide some extra advice for handling the pipes and accessible water main that leads to the house. Exceptional service!! If we ever need a plumber this is the team we will call!!!

Although their technical delay the time but the customer service keep update me. The technician, David help me fix the sink jam very quick. The price is reasonable, appreciate they work on weekend.

We had a leak under our Concrete slab. I contacted Henley and they reached out in record time they showed up went right to work after giving us an estimate and were done the next day I'm very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

I had a leak. Turns out it was not related to the repipe Henleys did. The issue had to do with the sprinkler system. Even after they determined that, they went above and beyond the Call of Duty to figure out exactly which part of my sprinkler was the problem. They said they didn't want to leave me in the Lurch even though it was nothing to do with their work. This type of service is rare nowadays. I never leave reviews but this really stood out to me. First I want to say their response time and the ability to get a hold of them was great. Daron was professional and explained everything very well. Company was able to schedule the work within 2 days of estimate. I was very happy with the technicians that came. They were friendly, polite and professional. I gave 4 starts because I do think company is a little pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for. I hope that statement is true in my case. I would definitely recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment through Yelp called in the morning to confirm and they moved it to a different time. Really bad customer service I gave them all my information and confirmed. They didn't even have my name correct when they sent me a text. They didn't have the decency to call me and tell me that they changed the time. I had to call back.
