I hired BHI to do some preventive maintenance to two outside a/c units. The quote they provided was a fair price and Beatriz was able to send someone out the very next day!

Alex was very friendly and professional. He was also respectful of us and the property. He consistently put on and off shoe coverings to ensure that he did not track any dirt or debris into the house and prior to entering the house, he always put on his mask. When I went outside to ask him a couple of questions, which he responded confidently and he appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about what he saying and doing. I say ""appeared"" because I have zero knowledge about what he was doing but his answers sounded logical to me.

Overall, a company that is responsive with a great AC technician equals a very satisfied customer.

This company had great communication. I knew exactly what to expect & when. The free estimate was fair and affordable. Leo & Carlos had the main sewer line fixed quickly and they left no mess.
This root cleanout is a yearly thing for us and we usually do it ourselves. Not any more!! When it's this easy and this affordable without having to hassle with renting the equipment & unclogging the line, it's totally worth it!! It's also good to know I have found someone I will feel comfortable calling for other plumbing or HVAC issues!

They were great at diagnosing a leak that was coming from overflow in bathtub. The gasket was not sealed correctly during bathroom remodel from another company. The price was good and they didnt try to charge more after realizing they had to go through wall to replace instead of tub. They were efficient with the work and precise with cutting the wall (which the other company will repair since they do not do patchwork). They even showed me the original gasket and how it was incorrectly set and caulked. They are also very responsive and professional to work with

We recently moved into a home and I tried fixing my dryer gas line. No matter what I did it continued to leak gas! Also, one of my bathtubs did not have hot water! Dave was my technician. He did an amazing job. Very professional and on time. He walked me through what he was going to do and answered all my questions! Excellent service! Now I can finally do my laundry I told my wife had been done before the move!
