I contacted Hendrix Plumbing regarding a couple of clogged drains. After a little back and forth I got a good feel of what the cost should be, baring anything unforeseen. We scheduled an appointment for the following Friday - communication was prompt and clear. I was called during the appointment window and notified the plumber was en route. He showed up a few minutes later and was very courteous. He explained what the possible causes were and what he was going to do to. He had both drains unclogged in a matter of minutes and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I'm definitely contacting Hendrix Plumbing again.

Hendrix installed a new water heater removed an existing non working water softener, added a shut off valve where the softener was, and replaced three hose bibs. It was a nice neat job and he hauled off the old appliances he is very courteous and he took the time to explain the work he performed. Unless there becomes an unresolved issue he will always get first shot at any potential work.

I really appreciate the prompt service and amazing communication that was given. The prices were fair and the service was courteous and efficient. This was the 3rd plumber we have had at our house to fix issues and this will be the only plumber we will use from now on.
