So disappointed. I had two things that needed to be done and both were done incorrectly.

The son came back and told me, it was the way it was and there was nothing they could do. It wasn't like this before they touched it and he wants to tell me it is not what they did.

I have had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes.

They are nice but beware. If you want someone who has your back, and goes the extra mile, these aren't the right guys..

Sad to say !

PS. I had a plumber walk me through how to fix my issue via text - the same issue I was told they couldn't fix. I am so disappointed in their service !

Paul and Paul Jr. did an excellent job fixing our shower leak and replacing our fireplace fire starter pipe. I was very impressed with their professional approach and perseverance with such a difficult task (the old starter pipe was stuck to the gas line and took a lot of strength to break loose). I've had others who have tried and failed but Paul was determined and finally got the job done right! I would recommend Hendrickson and Sons Plumbing to anyone who seeks an honest and competent plumber.

Paul and his son did an incredible job installing my Pelican Whole House water filter about 3 weeks ago. We went over a couple bypass pipe design options and ultimately I went with a compact design that was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Also used copper pipes which I was pleased with. He clearly has installed a number of these as evidenced by his knowledge of additional parts needed and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them. Overall, we haven't noticed any pressure loss and the family is pleased with the whole house filter.

I will definitely think of Paul and his son on my next plumbing job.

I had them years ago to install my kitchen faucet and it's about the only thing that works in my house. Now my toilet and bathroom faucets are broken so I called them back. Paul and his son came on time, wiped their feet at the door, we're polite and super pleasant. They went to work on the bathroom and found a couple little things that also needed replacing. And they really did need replacing, they were very old; they didn't jack up the price. They did the work very quickly, didn't waste any time at all, they do things right, and their price is reasonable. I could not be happier. It's a relief to get things repaired at an affordable cost and feel the security of knowing the job was done well. I highly, highly recommend them. They are absolutely my designated plumbers for life!

Have used them for almost everything plumbing related because they are so reliable, nice, and cost efficient. They put in new faucets and toilets, stopped leaks, changed tub diverter valve and re-installed my gas dryer. We had a slab leak. Called this company on a referral from a neighbor. We were very pleased with their service. They were responsive, efficient, very respectful of our home and very caring. The pipes in the floor at my house were never installed correctly and I had trouble with an unstable toilet for years. It had been ""fixed"" by other people several times, but it only held a few months and would start wobbling again. Paul came out and fixed this over two years ago, and admitted ""it might not hold"". I've never had any trouble with it since, so whatever he did has apparently worked. Price was reasonable and his solution to the problem was extraordinary!
