Hendrick's Septic Tank Service

Hendrick's put waste from my septic tank BACK in the septic tank when I was dissatisfied with their service. I called Hendrick's for the purpose of cleaning out my septic tank. They arrived on 4/29/16 and proceeded to work. When it seemed like they were done, I went into my backyard to look at their work and make sure everything was done properly; it wasn't. They had left a layer of waste in the bottom of the tank. I am a 30+ year homeowner, and have had this service done several times...correctly and with no complaints. Until now. When I spoke with Hendrick's about this, they became agitated and said that they couldn't get the rest of it. Also said I had paper towels and baby wipes in the system (our grandchildren are 7 & 11, no babies), plus, what does that matter, this is they're job and surely they should know how to completely empty and clean a septic tank. I had already paid them a check for the job as I trusted their experience. I went into my house, thinking they were going to clean it out, but NO! He was putting the waste from my tank as well as OTHERS BACK into MY septic tank! Yes, putting the waste BACK in the tank. When I went out to ask him what he was doing...was he actually putting waste BACK into my tank, he said, """"Yes, there's just no pleasing you people."""" Excuse me? I'm paying you to clean out my tank, not leave waste in it. I asked for my check back as he did not do the job and he did something so nasty it did not warrant payment. He didn't want to give it back, but, he did. And left. This business is unprofessional and their practices is unsanitary. I would not use them ever again or refer anyone to them.
