Ron is awesome and gives wonderful service! After a failed experience with a different plummer (*rapid plumming*), I gave Hendrick's plumming a call. I told him what was going on and he was just great! He was so honest and gave us tips to help identify the issues that we were going through. Instead of just taking our security deposit like the other jerks did (which btw, they didn't show up to their promised date and time - twice!) Ron was so kind to just walk through our problems. We now know who to go to when we have any issues! I cannot thank him enough!

Ron was amazing! After getting the runaround from our home insurance company and another plumber, we called Ron and asked for help. He answered his phone and walked us through the options, even though his business was already closed. He started work in our house less than 24 hours later and did a great job. When unforseen renovation issues popped up, as they always do in old houses, he communicated well and was more than reasonable. We now have a lifetime plumber.

Ron is awesome. Called him up yesterday and talked a little bit about my issue. Sent me pictures after work, and after his hours, and he called me back and discussed what the possibilities could be. He said he would come over today between 2-3 and I was running a little late, but he was there at 2pm on time. I've used hendricks plumbing several times. Ron is an honest professional you can trust in a pinch. I've had to leave him messages before by voice mail after hours and he returned my call the first thing the next morning. This guy is the real deal, my family will never use another plumber. Ron is a nice guy who knows his stuff and gives fair prices. What more can you ask for? Needed an old cast iron pipe moved out of the way of my crawlspace window.
Ron worked with me and did the parts I couldn't handle, brought all the stuff I would need and instructed me on the parts I felt I could do myself. I don't think there are too many guys out there that would do that. He also told me if I couldn't finish it up to give him a call and he'd provide further guidance. Support the small guys and hire Ron. You'll get personal service, a good attitude, a fair price and a guy who knows his stuff.

I think the owner's name is Ron... he is honest, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, educates you on the problem and the solution, and is quick and up-front about costs.
