I have had to call multiple times for multiple issues with my house and every time they have been great. A few weeks ago they had to replace my heat and air and they were professional, cleaned up their mess and answered all my questions. yesterday I had to call about my washing machine plumbing and Cody and his coworker came over and saved the day! They were professional, explained everything, and cleaned up their mess. I will continue to use this company for my house, they are great!

I called Hendrick Heat & Air Tuesday at 6:54 pm for an AC service. The answering service took my info, and within minutes I got a call back to schedule the needed service!! Kent arrived Wednesday, shortly after 10 am & got straight to work. He had our unit up & running quickly and ensured it was blowing cold air & all was working right!! This company is family owned and has very friendly, professional & knowledgeable employees! I'd highly recommend this company for your air conditioner needs!

The technician that came to my house was very rude. When I asked him to remove his muddy boots before entering my house, or put boot covers on, he rolled his eyes and shook his head. About an hour later he was walking in my house in muddy boots, without boot covers on. I asked him again to take his muddy boots off or put boot covers on, and he mumbled ""Jesus Christ"" as he put the covers on. He also left a lot of trash for me to clean up after he left, along with muddy boot prints.

Bought an older home and the HVAC was from 1987! Needed this fixed asap! Awesome crew, from the first person to take a phone call to schedule, to the tech Don who came out to assess the unit, Mike who was on site to give the quote and the team headed by Garrett who replaced and installed the units--was prompt, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Our AC wasn't blowing cold air, so we called to have someone come out. Less than 24 hours later we had someone out to our house. He immediately recognized the problem and was quick to solve it. He gave helpful information about what we needed and was not pushy to get us to do anything unnecessary. Only took him about an hour to replace the parts needed and clean out the AC Unit. Great service, very friendly and professional.

Hendrick's replaced both of my HVAC systems and converted my duct work from floor to ceiling ducts. I'm very happy with the work they did and consultation they provided since my install had some unique challenges.

When I initially called them out, their tech inspected our current units and found a leaking heat exchanger and moldy vents. As such we had an urgent need for replacing the 18yo systems. The Hendrick's team was quick and responsive. They were also honest about the woes of getting too efficient of a furnace as the exhaust system can cause attic leaks (recall disasters in Feb 2021 ice storm?). I felt like they taught me and made me a better consumer as I worked with them on this project.

My one constructive feedback is, the business is growing fast and Summer is the busiest time of year. A couple follow up items drug on longer than expected (replacing a filter grate) but when I raised this they were quick to remedy the issue.

These guys are great! Called about stopped up drain under wash machine that was flooding floor........they came right away and saved the day. Thought bill would be high because of the time it took but was pleasantsy surprised to find it very reasonable. Asked if they could look at my kitchen faucet handle and they fixed it without charge while they were here. Cannot recommend more highly.

Anytime you need to hire someone to fix your home, it's nerve wracking, especially if you have no prior experience in that field. We had a pipe burst and the city had to turn off our water. We have a 14 month old so having no water, isn't really an option. Considering the winter storm, every plumbing company I called was booked out for days and even weeks. My wife found Hendricks on a FB group for Tulsa. I called, they answered, they were out the next day. Kevin tried all he could to fix the issue day one - he dug through snow, cleared snow off my deck and crawled under my house - the job was just too much. I didn't expect him to go that far. Unfortunately, the problem was worse than I had hoped, but they set a realistic and honest timeline for the repair. Kevin told me, ""It'll be done on Tuesday"", and he proved to be a man of his word. Additionally, after fixing the issue and the water was running and he cleaned up the debris, I found him on the floor of my kitchen, trying to scrub out any trace of him having been there - PRIDE. It's Tuesday and we are back up and running. Best of all, it was completed UNDER BUDGET...I'm a big fan of under promise, over deliver. I'm bought in. I hope to never have an issue in the future, but if I do, we are calling Hendricks. Thank you all!
