I requested a quote online and received an answer from David in less than an hour. We had some rusty valves on our washer box. He asked me to snap some pictures to assess the problem and then we made an appointment for him to come out. He was helpful, informative, affordable and did exactly what needed to be done to get our washing machine back in order.

Well, he's done it again.. as expected. LOL
We had a new dishwasher installed by the Best Buy Geek Squad.. (by "installed" I'm using the term very loosely, kinda like the install was done.. Anyhooo... After they did they're damage, (I had to have my kitchen faucet rebuilt, and they broke a line to my disposal under the sink), I was told, "you'll have to call a plumber to fix the faucet and drain.. we can't do that...."
So, having enlisted Dave's help about 5 yrs ago and thought (as a former homebuilder) his word AND his work, was/and still is, FIRST CLASS.. and it hasn't changed!!!! He came, looked, got a part and all is right with the world again.. Well done Dave.. Thanks!!!

I recently had Dave replace my hot water heater and install a PRV value on my house, after putting both projects off for a while because I couldn't find a good plumber. He installed everything promptly, showed up on time for both appointments, and scheduled them early so I could get on with my day afterward. I also like the hot water heater, it's a nice one (Bradford-White), and qualified for a rebate from Texas Gas Service. I would definitely call him again if I have a plumbing problem come up.

Minus one star for not getting an itemized receipt... that made applying for my rebate a little more difficult.

One of the few plumbers that will help you with your problem. Not just fix it temporarily to come back and charge you again. Dave fixed every issue I called him for, and explained how to prevent it in the future. Worth every penny.

My daughter recommended Henderson Plumbing. I called them this morning and left a message for Dave Henderson. He called me back in about two hours. I told him I had a problem with my toilet. He came out the same day in the early afternoon. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it within 15 to 20 minutes. I was very pleased with Dave's work and his professionalism.

Even if you don't want the job from the message that I left you (because no one ever picks up the phone), it's welcomed, courteous and just good business to phone back and decline. Too many plumbers don't answer or return calls whatsoever in this town. Baffling. This was my experience with Henderson unfortunately.
