I responded that wouldn't anyone want to know how much they will be charged. He refused to do the job. Anyway, I am off to find another plumber.

Dave dealt with replacing our fussy German fixtures which included several communications with the representative from Rohl...which turned out Dave knew more than they did! He replaced 3 sets of #!%$ German (but pretty to look at!) bathroom fixtures and flushed our Rinnai on demand system in a eco-friendly and economical way.
Excellent communication! I don't think you'll find a better person who will tell you what time they will show up, what they are going to do and what it will take to get the job completed. I would call Henderson again and again and again! Thanks Dave!
