Dave has been great in helping me with several projects on my home and rental properties. He has done sheet-rocking and painting, hung several interior doors (that he helped me pick out at the store), replaced the rotten boards around my chimney (and painted and caulked the finished product so that it looks like new), as well as repaired/waterproofed a bathroom floor that I was having problems with. It is important to me that I invite someone into my home that I know is safe around my wife and children, and Dave passes the test -- he is very honest and worthy of trust.

For home improvement projects, I need someone who can identify the critical aspects of the job, write an accurate estimate, and then perform the work in a timely and efficient way.
