Unfortunately, even though we had a good experience, we would NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
This week we were confronted by a racist employee doing work for a neighbor. When we called the response was ""we are aware."" The fool employee tries to lie, turn things around and call the police.
When all was said and done -he admitted he did write KKK F**K N*****S (real letters not the asterisks) and was crying at our door apologizing (probably only because he was trying to save his new job) by saying he ""thought it was funny"" some apology!!
Well now DOJ has been notified. But the attorney says we may not be done yet. Good Lord he's made a mess.
We can update with names when police report is received.

Work was 5 star. Communication was less one star, let me explain. We called Henco to have our hot water heater relocated, and when Aaron came to give us a quote, he explained that we had four different types of pipes and it would be a good idea to replace them. We agreed, and after discussing the process Aaron misled us by telling us it would be done in a day. It took them almost a week, which was not a problem. It would just would've been great to understand the process better

David was absolutely amazing and professional. We also had dealings with Dean, who is also very kind and had to hear my frustrations about Aaron miscommunicating with us.

Work was top notch, would use again and I'd be sure to confirm timeless to help understand process better.

We have an Airbnb attached to our house that had a major drain blockage while guests we're staying. The shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sinks were all clogged up, and one of our guests was having a major surgery that day and expected to have a functioning house to recover in. Throw in the element of Portland just had a massive snowstorm and we were under a foot of snow. I called every plumber in Portland and no one was running service for DAYS (understandable with road conditions). But Henco prioritized our situation and sent Mark and his partner. It was looking like we were going to have to replace all our pipes under the house, but Mark was determined and didn't want to leave us hanging. (I overheard him and his partner discussing how important it was to try again because of our urgent situation.) Lo and behold, he kept trying to find a solution and ended up fixing the issue an hour before our guest was coming home from the hospital. They could have easily told us to just change our pipes (which we will have to do eventually) and gone on their way, but they stayed instead, putting Marks 15 years of plumbing and problem solving experience to use. We truly felt so prioritized in a very stressful and time sensitive situation. Mark is a professional who cares and brings a personal touch to his visits. Would highly recommend Henco and their technicians!

Our plumber Joe from Henco Plumbing, was very professional. He showed empathy and made sure I understood what the problem was. I was expecting a large bill and a plumber that was hurried and distant, as we just had a big storm and plumbers are working crazy hours.
Joe was patient and listened to my concerns. He fixed the problem and charged me an extremely fair price. I was desperate and Henco Plumbing and Joe did not take advantage of the situation. They did the opposite, they showed caring and a fairness that many companies don't show. Thank you Joe and Henco Plumbing.

I had attempted to do some toilet repair when I found out our toilet had a weird space for the water line connector. The toilet was unusable and I had a family member with mobility issues, so we needed to get something done fast. I called Henco and they were able to come out the same day and get things fixed up. Their staff were friendly and courteous. The only reason that I have it marked as a 4-star is that while they did a fantastic job replacing the filler and water line connection, the flap for flushing was not working ideally when they left. It was something that was simple for me to fix, but I don't know that they noticed it was an issue before they left. Quick response and friendly, I think if you just make sure to test stuff out before they leave you should be good.

Disclaimer: Henco has not yet come to service our home but I feel compelled to leave a review because I have called SEVERAL plumbing services and companies today who have all given me the option of scheduling an appointment for 10 days from now for a VERY leaky toilet--I am talking leaking at the rate of requiring 2-4 towels/hour. I called Henco and they were so kind and even better, they are arriving tomorrow morning. I will follow up but so far, color me impressed.

Great service and price. These guys were quick to respond and finished the job with a great outcome. We had 15 year old Water tanks that started to have issues. Hancock offered replacement costs and offered a tankless water heating option. We picked the tankless option and love the new system. They also recommended contacting the gas company and was eligible for a $400 rebate for gas efficiencies. Great job!!
