Absolutely horrible service. They were given a minor task, with pictures and videos of our inspection report for repairs and did not complete said repairs. They were called back 3 times. Our realtor was on sight for the last and final attempt and lied to her face about complete both water line repairs. This situation is costing us thousands of dollars in repairs and closing credits. Can not believe this.

Stopped-up drains or other plumbing problems are never fun, but our Henco tech certainly made it as painless as possible.

We had called out another plumber for our blocked kitchen drain, they came out but they were unable to clear the drain, they ran into an obstruction at some point in the system and were unable to continue with the resources that they had.

I called our management company, who recommended a drain specialist. I called a couple, and Henco was able to make an appointment on the second day after I called.

Mark from Henco arrived and, after listening to what had happened previously, very quickly came up with a logical game plan with a couple of options that made sense to me, then he used a camera to explore our condo's drainage system, and took the time to explain to me each decision he made as he went. He boiled it down to two options, one more budget conscious and another more directed toward a comprehensive solution.

During the whole process, he was very conscious of protecting the floors/stairs as he moved his equipment in and out, and was confident from the beginning that he could solve our dilemma.

He was equipped with any/all of the equipment he needed, and rather quickly had the drain cleared, and then, at his suggestion, he used high-pressure water to completely clear any residue in the drain and advised us on preventative maintenance practices and recommended an enzyme solution to avoid or reduce the problem going forward. He was able to supply that product at a competitive price.

A friendly, articulate, and consummate professional throughout our service call. He left no trace of having been here when he left. Spotlessly clean.

I suspect Henco may not be the cheapest plumber in town, but they certainly are well prepared for any possibilities that may arise and take the time to involve the customer in the decision-making process. I don't see how it could have been better.

Called them on a Sunday, they offered to send someone out if it was urgent but it wasn't so we opted for them to come by the next day. They inspected our leaking water heater and suggested a replacement, we accepted and he had a new one installed and hauled off the old one within just a few hours. They were very thorough in explaining everything, really professional and very timely! Would definitely recommend them!

We were beyond plesed with the service and work of Henco's plumber. We had them install a drinking wather reverse osmosis water filtering system under our Kitchen sink, and to also address an apparent leakage issue in the Master Bathroom's Thermostatic Shower System, which ended up needing removal, repiping and replacement. Henco's plumber, Alan, was fantastic, knowledgeable and able to handle and resolve all issues with knowledge, innovation and professionalism. Great work......

They flooded our kitchen and will not take care of their damage. We have been without a kitchen since thanksgiving. They sent a water remediation company and now I have a 12k bill. Henco owner refuses to help us.

Fantastic service - they came to do annual maintenance on my tankless water heater (I couldn't get anyone else out to do it) and the technician was great. They even offered to install an inlet filter so that the maintenance needs to be done less frequently at less than half the cost of the flush itself. This will pay for itself in less than a year! :)

Sam came to rescue our problematic 75 gallon water heater. Other contractors had hard time with it and I'm glad I finally called Henco to come service our water systems. Excellent and efficient workers. I highly recommend Henco to anyone looking for honest and hard work!

This company was fantastic. After calling numerous plumbing places, all of who said they couldn't get out to fix my water line break for at least a week (being a whole week without water?!?), the lovely receptionist I spoke with at Henco said she'd try as hard as she could to get someone out that day or the next at the latest. A couple hours later Gage was here. He was very professional and fixed the problem immediately. And the entire cost was barely more than just the emergency house call fee (no fix included!) for the other places. Will definitely be using Henco again!
