I am in the process of buying a new home wich can be very stressful but he went out of his way to tell me as much information about the plumbing in the home that he could , even explained where I should install my clean out. I will be calling this company and Britt to do so !

After another PVC pipe leak, I decided to have PEX piping installed. I sought several proposals and selected Henco Plumbing as the contractor. The proposal was straight forward, clear, professionally presented and reasonably priced. The technical approach to the project was explained and reinforced my product research. Although price was a consideration, contractor performance was a more prominent decision point. The workers showed up promptly on the appointed date, took extensive measures to protect my property and flooring, used a vacuum at every site where drywall was removed, ensured that I had water at least in one section of the house and promptly did the PEX repiping.. The 2 man crew worked hard and efficiently for 2 full days. A final check of all piping was conducted before the crew finished their work. Another significant aspect of the decision to use Henco was that they work with a drywall repair company as part of the team. This company was exceptional in promptness and professional competence. I am completely happy and satisfied with Henco and will use them in any future plumbing needs. Henco is reliable, competent, professional and customer focused.

Henco came in to a tetchy, litigious situation. Henco is the single bright spot in a big mess in my multiplex. They were professional, respectful, and did a good job. It's never easy to have an apartment repaired but they minimized the stress for me and treated me like a human, even though I'm ""just"" a tenant. It's night and day from other companies. Thank you.

Drew and his Henco crew did an excellent job re-piping our whole house. They were very creative in dealing with problems. They checked with us regularly to be sure we would be happy with how they were handling various issues. And their work was great. Passed inspection very fast with no exceptions. And the sheet rock guys were in the house as the inspection happened, all ready to start closing things up. We were in a tight time schedule and they got everything done on time.

The locating service they used failed them and missed our main power line to the house. As a result, the lateral drill hit the power line and the power surge burned out three appliances. But Henco is covering our costs and dealing with insurance directly, not us. That's professional service to me.

The men who work for Henco are super awesome- communicate well, very positive and professional. When difficulties came up they handled them in a confident controlled way, didn't put blame on other subcontractors. I don't do plumbing, I could but It can go bad quickly and I realize that. So when my 25 year old polybutylene manabloc system developed a pin hole leak, I was at a loss on who to call. By chance, my neighbor was having some re-piping done by Henco Plumbing so I enlisted them for my repair.
Even though they were busy with my neighbors, they took the time to listen to me and inspect my problem and explain my options.
I could go on but the result was I had them do a temporary repair which I received an estimate, they arrived on time and were very professional and forthcoming about about the repairs. I feel very confident about their work and will have them do the major re-pipe in the future.
