Received the most OUTRAGEOUS BILL from this firm IN MY LIFE! Charged an ""emergency"" premium (of some sort- NEVER itemized in the bill) for approximately 2-3 hrs of repairing a two inch schedule 40 PVC line that was already located and dug up - just needed repair. The ""emergency"" service was not repaired until the following day. When I arrived to check out the repair the worker and his helper were sitting idly by watching the glue dry! (PVC glue dries in something like 5 minutes) Total material cost could not have exceeded $10-15. The bill? $1,672.45 You read that right!!! This was in August of 2018. assume the ""repair"" would be over 2K now!!!
BEYOND COMPLETE RIPOFF! Call/use at your own (financial) risk!!!

We have used Henco Plumbing services two times in the past 8 weeks for needed repairs to our sewer and plumbing system. They have been great to work with. Loren at Henco did an amazing job of fixing a broken pipe under our house. He was very professional, explained our issues in detail (took pictures under house) and broke down options to repair. It was a late call and he stayed far after normal hours to complete the project so we could have water again. We decided to go ahead and replace our older hot water tanks with a tankless water heater and Loren again explained all our options, set up our appointment and came back to do the work just a few days later. I really can't recommend Henco enough and thank you Loren!

What a fantastic experience we had with this company. We had a leak in the pump house. Initially I tried calling a local business and they never returned my calls. With Henco, someone answered the phone and set us up for an appointment. I had called later in the day, so they sent a professional the very next day. He was cordial, pleasant to deal with, listened and fixed the problem quickly. We have a couple larger projects that will need to be done and we will definitely be calling Henco back again.

If you need any camera work done , I would definitely call this company and ask for Britt. Britt was very informative and made sure that my sewer line was camerad correctly .

I am in the process of buying a new home wich can be very stressful but he went out of his way to tell me as much information about the plumbing in the home that he could , even explained where I should install my clean out. I will be calling this company and Britt to do so !

After another PVC pipe leak, I decided to have PEX piping installed. I sought several proposals and selected Henco Plumbing as the contractor. The proposal was straight forward, clear, professionally presented and reasonably priced. The technical approach to the project was explained and reinforced my product research. Although price was a consideration, contractor performance was a more prominent decision point. The workers showed up promptly on the appointed date, took extensive measures to protect my property and flooring, used a vacuum at every site where drywall was removed, ensured that I had water at least in one section of the house and promptly did the PEX repiping.. The 2 man crew worked hard and efficiently for 2 full days. A final check of all piping was conducted before the crew finished their work. Another significant aspect of the decision to use Henco was that they work with a drywall repair company as part of the team. This company was exceptional in promptness and professional competence. I am completely happy and satisfied with Henco and will use them in any future plumbing needs. Henco is reliable, competent, professional and customer focused.
