I had them out yesterday for an estimate to relocate a flexible plastic condensate hose approximately 4 feet, no drilling, just a few hangers. the quote was 375.00 for a 15-minute job! we had used them before when Phil was doing jobs and never felt like we were being robbed!! 375.00 for a 15-minute is beyond outrageous! they have lost a customer. word of the wise to Hempsey's don't try and take advantage of a disabled, senior customer.

This is the second time this year I have used Hempsey's. Today's visit was to fix an outdoor water spigot. My first call required putting replacement pieces in my bathroom shower. Both times, I called for service, they came the same day, just a few hours later. The service I received was second to none! Everyone seems to worry about the cost, but the price they charged both times was very reasonable. Please don't hesitate to call them if you need a plumber. They are the BEST !!

Had a previous plumber out, he couldn't fix the clogged problem we had. He told us it was a township problem. The township suggested Hempsey. Called them....they came shortly afterwards. Fixed the clog within 10 minutes! Thank you Ryan and Andy! Whenever I need a plumber again .....YOU ARE DEFINITELY THE ONE I'LL CALL!

Had a issue with the back up in the sewer line, called to get a second opinion. they came out right away before the scheduled time. looked at the issue at hand. they did what the others did, and faced the same issue. Difference is they attempted different strategies to see if they could get me unclogged or find the real issue. they went above and beyond and for right now saved me a couple thousand, because the other company didn't wanna do the extra investigating. they were good guys and great service. Reasonable prices. I recommend!

My sewer line backed up last night. I saw reviews on my town's page for Hempsey's and called them. Phil returned my call immediately They had a cancellation for first thing so they showed up (Jeff and Andy) within the hour. Ultimately had to snake the line inside my house and got the job done. Had to move washer/dryer in the process. Used drop cloths to keep areas clean and put everything back as it was.

After clogging my kitchen sink and doing what I could to try and fix it, I reached out to Hempsey's through Yelp. Their response time was so quick and the technician soon had my sink working again. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company.

The last time I had my insinkerator replaced, maybe ten years ago, it turns out the servicer used very adhesive caulk--I almost want to say liquid nails. Hempsey was really careful to patiently, slowly separate the broken insinkerator from my sink without damaging or loosening the sink. He explained everything and really kept his cool when dealing with his predecessor's bungle. Then we chatted about Fender guitars and tube amps, and it turns out this dude is twice the cool player.

When there's issues with water in the house or water in your business most of us panic. We really don't know who to call or who to trust.

I first discovered this honest, hardworking, and professional plumbing service when our church had an issue that several plumbers either didn't want to take care of or wanted to charge the church in arm and a leg for. I fully understand that in plumbing there are elbows to be had but we were not about to give up our arms and our legs.

The pastor of another church said Hempsey was the plumbing contractor to use for home or for business and that he trusted them completely

That word trust really matters! Honesty really matters! The ability to take on difficult plumbing tasks or the simplest most minor issue that an elderly individual or disabled person might need help with matter.

This weekend a problem arose with plumbing and I knew who I had to call. The call went out to Hempsey and I couldn't be happier. Hot water is back, the bath water is comfortable, and it was all done for reasonable price within the anticipated time frame.

Absolutely five stars!! They treat you like family and they had total respect for the church when the church needed the work done.

Hot water heater blew on a Friday morning. By Friday afternoon we had a new hot water installed. I'm grateful they were able to come out a day after the first storm of the year, during a pandemic, to get us situated. I can't thank them enough.

My hot water heater went and Hempsey's came out and had it replaced within 24 hours. Very reasonable. Love Phil- yes so genuine and honest! A great local business to support. I will be calling them in the (hopefully not so near) future for all my plumbing needs.
