I had needed a new water heater he recommended I get a certain kind Came installed it was in and out within 45 minutes. Great customer service was here on time very professional man. Thank you Jamal.

Jamal was highly recommended and definitely did not disappoint. We've had to have him do some work on our house a few times now, and he's the only one i would call for any plumbing work. Great communication, extremely fair pricing, and genuinely cares about doing the best work for his customers. Give him a call!

I needed last minute plumbing service, a close friend recommend, and best job ever thanks Hemi plumbing service.

Fast and professional. dispatch was very helpful with helping stop the leak. as soon as technician arrived he was on time. understanding of my living situation, extremely knowledgeable to prevent leaks down the road. I'm pleased to use the service! and I highly recommend. most of all it didn't break the bank. thank you very much Hemi's Plumbing!

This is your new plumber! The goal as a homeowner is to find a plumber you can count on, good priced, gives you advice, is available when you need them... and these guys are it! Jamal is everything you could ask for in a plumber, call him and find out.

Jamal and his team was on time and very nice to communicate with. They were very professional and upfront letting me know how much they charge. I needed them for a small leak to be fixed in my bathroom, and he was very reasonable with his prices. He gave me all options beforehand in case they found out anything more complicated which would need more work.
Overall they were great to work with and fixed my problem without any issues and I'd highly highly recommend them!

I called Dry Kings to come out and assess remediation and rebuild work for water damage that occurred under our kitchen sink. They said they could also have a plumber come out to provide a free estimate on addressing the source of the leak. Jamal from Hemi's Plumbing showed up for this. I had no prior communication with Jamal and had no idea where he was based or would be driving in from. He showed up at 1:57pm and was all packed up and left by 2:32pm. During the assessment, he asked if I would like for him to cut open the drywall to see if the sink drain was leaking behind the wall and I agreed to have him do that (it took probably 5 mins with an oscillating tool to do this). In retrospect, I should have definitely asked what it would cost since this was work above and beyond the free estimate. More on this later. He cut open the wall around the drain pipe and determined it was not leaking. During the process of testing, he was running the sink and saw that a smell leak was coming from the sprayer supply line. I think he tightened up the connection so it was no longer leaking and we believed the leak had been addressed, though given the nature of it, I was highly skeptical that the sprayer supply alone would be the cause. This is because the damage was so extensive along the wall, even spreading to an adjacent section of wall behind the dishwasher, while the contents under the sink were totally dry (we store paper grocery bags under the sink for use with recycling and none of them exhibited any sort of water damage). I asked to settle the bill for the work he did and he said hr would coordinate it with Dry Kings. A couple hours later, I receive an invoice for $800 for 2 hours worth of labor. No, that isn't a typo! To verify, I emailed him and asked to confirm two things:
(1) His standard hourly rate is $400/hr
(2) How did he arrive at 2 hours when the paid work above and beyond the free estimate was less than 30 mins?
He said: ""yes that's my standard rate $400/hr/employee I actually did not charge for Paul. But the two hours was 1 for the initial drive time. and my minimum is 1.5hrs.""
So although the driving time was going to be included as part of the free estimate anyway, because he did some work, all of a sudden that became paid time? Wow, I was truly shocked to say the least. He offered a 10% discount when I questioned his invoice, but I declined and paid the full $800. I decided to take it up with Dry Kings and even their ops manager was appalled by the amount and said he would speak with Jamal. Later on, I received a refund of $375, so in total, I paid $425, which is more reasonable but still not commensurate with the work performed, again, above and beyond what was necessary to provide the free estimate.
Additionally, ultimately, we discovered that there was in fact a leak in one of the solder joints in the cold water supply line that had completed rotted away the adjacent stud, part of the sill plate beneath it, and a big section of the subfloor. I called a local plumber out and he found the leak and repaired it, spending about 2 hours in total. For this work, I paid $329 including replacement copper pipe and fittings.
I would just advise that if you choose to work with Hemi's Plumbing that you determine the total cost, including any hourly minimums in advance so you don't receive any surprise invoices. This is especially true if you work with a third party (like a remediation company) that calls a plumber or any contractor on your behalf. A valuable (and expensive) $425 lesson learned, for which I accept partial responsibility for not inquiring in advance about hourly rates, etc.

Found Hemi's Plumbing via Nextdoor App and Yelp and Hemi's was highly recommended. We had issues with our bathroom faucet and Jamal was able to come right away. Jamal was friendly, professional and very efficient; he knows what he'a doing. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend this local business.

Fast , efficient and reliable. Can't thank the 2 gentlemen enough for fixing my mother in laws kitchen bathtub. We've had three plumbers over the last 3 years diagnose the problem and everyone wanted to gut the bathroom. Jamal found the issue and fixed it immediately. Thx for being honest and saving our family thousands of dollars.

They were on time, quickly assessed and fixed the problem right away. Knowledgeable, and were able to trouble shoot the issue which wasn't obvious. Refreshing to work with people that have a ""can do"" attitude and that are highly skilled. Extremely polite!
I recommend them for any plumbing challenges.
