After years of waiting for our water heater to give out, it finally did. Went to shower and the water was warm. I checked out Yelp Reviews and called a couple of places for quotes and availability. This company was the 2nd call. Don answered immediately. He gave me a quote to replace the water heater, labor and all parts. He volunteered to come over after he was done for the day to check it out and make sure there wasn't something more I needed. He called to tell me he was running a little late and check to make sure if it was still okay to come by. He was very sociable and knowledgeable. His price was better then the other quote for the same size and model water heater. We agreed to get it done. He came over first thing in the morning. He went above and beyond. He was clean and cleaned up after himself. He got it done in less than 3 hours. We will definitely use him again if we need someone.

The recirculating pump on our hot water system was on it's last legs. We called Don, who responded promptly, and asked that we text him pictures of the existing system.

He found a much better (and quieter) replacement for us, and was able to install it the next day. Both Don and his son Andrew were a pleasure to work with; professional, pleasant, on-time.

Called Don on a Tuesday afternoon to ask about a hot water recirculating system. He asked a couple questions, quoted a price and said he could do the job the next day at 3. He showed up right at 3 and went to work. He explained the process to me as he worked and was done in an hour. The bill was the price quoted. Extremely pleased. Highly recommended.
