Called Don on a Tuesday afternoon to ask about a hot water recirculating system. He asked a couple questions, quoted a price and said he could do the job the next day at 3. He showed up right at 3 and went to work. He explained the process to me as he worked and was done in an hour. The bill was the price quoted. Extremely pleased. Highly recommended.

Don was fantastic. When I called he was able to come right away. He was able to fix an old Moen shower faucet that had broken. I can say that Don is my plumber from now on. His price was right in line with the online cost estimators AND he insisted on doing the job correctly. Other quotes I got were a lot higher and they were going to take the shortcut of tapping into an existing gas line instead of running a new pipe back to the meter. He answers the phone himself or calls you back right away. He's pleasant, explains everything, shows up on time, and does a nice clean professional job.
