I asked a friend if he could recommend an HONEST and REPUTABLE plumber, and he came through in flying colors. Another plumber may have taken advantage of me, but Jeremy Helton explained to me that my ""plumbing problem"" was a quick fix that I could rectify myself, which I did.
The $49 service/estimate visit was the best money I ever spent.

The sump pump was not working good as it would not shut off when draining the water out. It was over 12 years old. At the same time the ejector pump for the basement bathroom was not ejecting and quit running. Another old pump. Both needed to be replaced. I checked the Neighborhood for referrals by people who needed similar service and found Helton Plumbing so called and schedule a same day appointment. Jeremy and his apprentice came and inspected both situations and gave a good quote and had equipment and pumps for each on their truck. I agreed to the price and they took out the old pumps and installed the new pumps. Both are working fine. They cleaned up both area and all materials. I will continue to call on them for any future plumbing work I need.

We were VERY pleased with the service, price and safety measures we received! Jeremy and his apprentice showed up the day after we called them for a clogged sink. They were both wearing masks and were very respectful of our property and our safety. They were able to fix our clogged kitchen sink for a decent price and cleaned up afterwards. Plumbers that we have used in the past have gouged us on pricing and left marks on our floor from their equipment. While I hope we don't have any plumbing problems in the near future if we do, we will call Jeremy Helton.
