I was in the market to get be my old water softener removed. I reached out to Helping Hand Plumbing through my Yelp app and they were quick to set up a free estimate.
They kept in constant contact leading up to the estimate and arrived on time. They quoted a great price and even recommend removing an old leaking valve.
They were great to deal with and completed the job within a few hours. It's been a couple of months and the work is hold up.

Had work done in March and totally forgot to leave a review. Personable, professional and absolutely the best! I had a great time chatting with Rita while her hubby took care of my garbage disposal. I will definitely use this business again in the future.

So thankful I found Helping Hand!! To start, Rita was so great on the phone. She gave me the exact info I asked for, and scheduled me for the next day. Then, there's Ralph. What a great guy. He fixed my problem expertly, and didnt try to do a bunch of extra stuff just to drive up the price (which he definitely could have!) He patiently explained what my options were, and even showed me how to fix a problem myself, if I wanted to. He also beat the price I was quoted by another company. Not looking forward to having anymore plumbing problems, but if I do, I'm calling up Ralph and Rita for sure.

I just want to say, this company is the BEST and most Honest Plumbing company I've ever used! Ralph was on time, Professional, and took extreme care to protect our landscaping while replacing on main shutoff valve at our house. AND... Despite the domino effect of issues that followed, requiring extended hours of work and the replacement of our pressure regulator, Ralph only charged us for the parts and not for the additional labor. When i worriedly looked at him thinking this was going to cost a FORTUNE, Ralph told me he was only going to charge me the labor rate he originally quoted. WOW!!!! What a company! When he finished the job he even had me inspect the area he repaired to make sure is was to my liking. I would not hesitate recommending Helping Hands Plumbing to anyone! Will definitely use them again.

Ralph and Rita are my life savers!!!!!!! My water heater stopped working and they were able to get my pilot light back on after Cisneros Brothers Plumbing told me it was not fixable. If you want honest people that provide excellent customer service definitely call Helping Hand Plumbing. These people are good hearted and they actually care about their customers. They fixed my heater no charge all they had to do was turn on the pilot light. Cisneros was trying to rip me off and tell me I needed a new system for 2500. Definitely call Ralph and Rita first before getting ripped off by someone else.

I love these people. It is very hard to find an honest person out there much less an honest company. Well I am happy to say I found them.Previous tenants that we had to get out of the house destroyed so much of it. This included the plumbing. A different plumber went out last week, went on the roof and said he cleared the mainline. We had called to get the toilets to be able to flush. He made it worse. Then he said the work that needed to be done was going to be a minimum of $2000 and if he had to do other things it would go up to over 7000. I felt that this guy was not honest because he was charging us for something that did not fix the problem and just made it worse. So I called Helping Hand Plumbing. They came out and spent the whole day fixing the plumbing. The previous plumber was a shyster. Helping Hand Plumbing are the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. And very knowledgeable. This guys been doing it since he was a young kid seeing as his father and grandfather had also been Plumber's. He fixed the problem at not even a quarter of the price that the other guy said would be the minimum. These are good honest people.

I will never call another plumber but Ralph!! I walked out into my garage, only to be met by water slowly flowing on the floor. I traced it back to the water heater and knew I was screwed. We rent the house so I contacted the landlady and she called her handy man. The Handy man came out the next day and told me that he wouldn't be able to help us until Tuesday......It was Thursday and my wife wasn't about to wait 5 days for hot water. My wife asked for recommendations for a plumber in the area and we were immediately pointed towards Helping Hand Plumbing!

Ralph showed up the next day and saved the day! He replaced the water heater and all of the piping since everything was very outdated. His workmanship is outstanding and he's a great guy to talk to, plus he gave us a military discount. I couldn't be more happier with the service that Ralph and Rita provided!

I can't recommend Helping Hand Plumbing enough. Ralph and Rita went above and beyond with a hot water issue we had. They could have just replaced pipes and valves to make extra money while finding the problem but instead did the extra work to be sure we weren't spending money for nothing. They did the extra investigation on their time at no cost. They came in to our home and did a great job, repaired the problem which looks great and cleaned up afterwards. Will be using them for all of our plumbing needs. They are good honest people
