We hired Helping Hand Plumbing to do some repairs before selling my parents home following their passing. Ralph spent extra time making sure the work was done properly and although there was other work he could have done, he recommended that it be done by a handyman who would likely be able to perform the work for less cost to us. I was so pleased with his honesty! Also, while he worked, I mentioned that my husband and deceased father were veterans and he actually offered to return my already written check to me as he wanted to offer a military discount. I was so touched that he worked so hard and still wanted to acknowledge their military service.

Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! What a great plumbing service company!! We had a problem in our master bathroom and boy o boy was the odor A W E F U L!!! We didn't know what the heck was wrong. We called on place and they were backed up and couldn't come out for a month which wasn't good for us so looking on Yelp I found ""Helping Hands"" and let me tell you when I called & spoke to Rita she was the nicest as can be and arranged for someone to come out as soon as possible and the person to show up at our door was the owner Ralph who was so great and got to working on the problem right away. What a wonderful company I highly highly highly recommend ""Helping Hands"" to anyone & everyone that is having plumbing problems they are a 24hrs company who take care of whatever problem or issues you might be having with the complete courtesy & respect for you & your home. If you are need of true honest plumbing work that needs to be done and done right then ""Helping Hands"" is the company you should be calling!! You will be so glad happy & so pleased with the work and everything about the company as well as how great & nice your are greeted on the phone when you call in. I can't ""Thank"" Ralph & Rita enough for coming out and taking care of our bathroom problem.

Started a DIY project of simply replacing a washer supply valve and ended up with a broken pipe. Didn't know where to start with a plumber as I do most work myself but do know my limits so I came to YELP and found Helping Hand Plumbing.

After making a phone call (late afternoon) and speaking to Rita, they were able to make arrangements to make the service call to our home that same day. Ralph was very methodical and did a fantastic job in repairing our pipe correctly. Also updated the valve with a commercial quality valve and gave some great advice. All said and done I believe the price for my repair was fair and reasonable.

Both Ralph and Rita are very personable and helpful. Love to keep our business with local business owners!

Fast, courteous, and efficient. Rita called me to say they were going to be a little late, and a few minutes later Ralph showed up and fixed my problem in about 15 mins. I will definitely call them again if I ever have plumbing problems again.

Great service.. My pipe broke and was able to get same day service as was very reasonable in price. Ralph was very professional and had given me a great deal on the work. 3 months later my water heater went out and again was able to have same day service. Pilot light was out and no hot water. He had the part on him and was able to fix on the spot in less than 30 minutes and it was a Saturday. Called around later and he had given me best price on the work. Could not have been happier and will call again if I have any future problems. Love using local small businesses and this is as local as it gets. Lives in Apple Valley and has been for a long time.

I have owned over 1,500 apartment units, now own 24 units in the Hesperia and Apple Valley area and have been doing this for over 30 years and have found a very reputable, knowledgable, honest and affordable plumber. Rita is always on the ball in constant communication with me and such a pleasure to talk to. Ralph always troubleshoots the problems and fixes it right the first time so I don't have to worry about my tenant calling me back to report the problem was not fixed. Lastly they are fair and affordable and are not going to rip you off.

My neighbored had a clogged toilet. I got in contact with this company. They were so easy to deal with. Send someone to their house to actually fix the problem. Nicest guy showed up. Got a call from the office a day after to follow up! Highly recommend.

I came across Helping Hand Plumbing after doing some research on YELP and after going through 2 plumbing companies previously that I was dissatisfied with. I was impressed from the moment Rita answered the phone. Rita took the time to listen to the problem and reassured me that although the problem seems pretty big, they will be able to get the job done for me. I had a leak in the MAIN water pipe underground leading to my home and up until the point that I spoke to Rita, the leak was not even located after hours and hours of digging by others who claimed that they could identify the problem and find the leak. As a matter of fact, I was even told to contact my home owners insurance company to put in a claim which would have cost me a $1000 deductible. She told me that she would be at the property between 10 and 11am the very next morning and she would call me once the problem is identified. Indeed, I got a call from her at 10:30am the next morning while I was at work telling me that they have located the broken pipe after having to dig some more! What was the cost??? ALOT less than my $1000 deductible that I was considering paying!! They even took pictures of the leak to reassure me that the problem has been identified and taken care of since I was at work at the time. They covered up all the dug up holes and left the property looking like the problem was never there. Rita was also concerned about the kids in the household and reminded me to take extra caution by not allowing the kids to play in that area until the soil is dry. They were both an asset to work with and Rita has an awesome sense of humor. They are my go to people from now on and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Their speedy service, OUTSTANDING customer service and very reasonable prices is what makes them the best in the industry.

Excellent service for an honorable price. They came to my home a few months ago and installed new pipes because the old ones were cracked and leaking. They offered a reasonable price and did an excellent job. I haven't had any issues since. They even called to help me prevent mold growth under my sink. I would definitely refer them to anyone. They are now my go-to people! Also they are very friendly and kind people. Five stars all around great service !
