Rudy the owner seemed nice and honest. He was really responsive before he receive payment. After he received payment, he was consistently late or having to reschedule. Left the old pipes that were removed from our house in our backyard for almost 2 months. We had to constantly follow up with him to finish the job and pick up the pipes. Did not apologize once for his lack of professionalism. After the work was completed, he called us to pay the invoice however it was already paid upfront. Again, did not apologize and just said thanks bye. I would not recommend doing business with this company. We will never go back even though we have a 7 year warranty which is probably worthless because he will probably not show up to fix any issues and if he does he would probably charge me extra. This business is all about taking your money and does not care about the homeowners at all. They also do not take pride in the job that they do. Rudy is only there to sell you, get your money and move on. He does not do any of the work himself. I would give zero stars if I could. No professionalism and bad business ethics.
