HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

My sister and I hired 333help to do some plumbing. They were suppose to come Wednesday at 4pm to provide a quote and do the service. At 222pm on Wednesday, some unidentified person from 333help called to tell us that they weren't coming because they didn't have personnel available and that my sister's property was a rental property. My sister was at work and asked the person to call at 4pm at her home so she could discuss. Of course they didn't call so we called. The person who answered the phone looked it up and told us they couldn't come because it was a rental property. I asked where she got that bad info from and she said she didn't know. I just fired them. Lord knows I don't have time to work through their mental problems and to call so late was too unprofessional for me. Remember, the way they start is the way they end up. So we called Reilly's plumbing. They are much better.

These guys are SCAM artists and try and upswell services and parts not needed. More than one tech repeats same message. My experience was two techs on two separate occasions trying to sell a motor starter capacitor for $800. If the blower runs, the cap doesn't need replaced AND a starter cap doesn't cost more than $50 and takes about 15 min to replace if you are slow. Stay away from these guys.

I called and scheduled an appointment on Thursday morning at 10am and they told me they would be out on Friday at 10am. Thursday at 5pm they called me and told me that because I was not a preferred member and paid $20.00 a month that I wasn't important enough and they would not be coming. So it was too late to call someone else for Friday because they waited until after 5 to cancel for the next morning. It seriously felt like blackmail tactics to purchase their monthly plan and because I wasn't paying $20.00 a month for membership, they cancelled. I have standing water.These people are the worst and if you are a single woman beware. Previously, they charged me $800.00 to change a garden spigot and then sat in their truck for 45 minutes dragging out the hour. Two grown men sent to change a garden spigot. RUN!!!!!!!

Zach L. is my plumbing hero. I've never had a more positive experience with a plumber. Months ago, I called to have a kitchen sink unclogged. Zach blew me away with his politeness, professionalism, and proficiency all at a great price. When my laundry sink backed up this week, I yelled for HELP again and Zach swooped in today with the same stellar service and great price. --HELP and Zach are two-for-two!

This company CANNOT be trusted. What happened to us is too involved for this space so just take my word for it and call another company for your heating and air and plumbing needs. I believe they are a rip off company in every way . We have had them for air conditioning problems and plumbing problems and they ripped us off both times. Not going to happen here again. Learn from our mistakes and call someone else.

I believe I was sold on extra work I didn't need, and then that work was done poorly resulting in a flooded basement. Virtually nothing was done correctly the first time. 4 visits to our home. When we called HELP to resolve the problem, they said a manager will call you in 24-48 hours. Then another person told us there are no managers and no complaints department. What?! So where do you turn if something goes wrong? I have never gone out of my way to leave a bad review, but I wish I had read more reviews before I hired HELP. Before you let HELP or anybody do work in your home, ask for proof of why it needs to be done. Ask for detailed work orders that spell out all the costs. Don't just trust what the person is telling you. I regret trusting HELP. Also be careful they don't sign you up for their monthly service plan even though you said you don't want it.

I called HELP for a plumbing problem. I asked about their ""Any Drain Cleaned Only $97"" special. The sales rep told me one thing on the phone that was different than what the plumbing tech told me who came to do the jub. Of course, what the plumbing tech told me was more expensive than the special that I had called about; I feel like I was victim of a ""bait-and-switch"". On top of all that, my plumbing problem eventually wound up being worse than it had been before the tech ""cleaned"" my drain.

Like many on here lately I am beyond disappointed with the ""service plan"" offered by HELP!. Let's start with the 96% right the first time. I can't believe that is true, not just because mine is 0% but because they can't even tell you what they are tracking it at. Like others I was surprised that mid July was the first time they could schedule routine summer maintenance. THEN they had to cancel because they had too many emergencies. I know they had too many emergencies the day before as well because they accidentally called me the day before thinking my appointment was on a different day. When I called to reschedule I was quoted an earliest date 5 weeks after my original appointment. In addition when I asked to speak to a service supervisor (not the first time) I was told they don't come to the phone and they would reach out to me in 3-4 days after the call center rep sent an email. My displeasure started well before this experience when after spending the money for them to install a new furnace and AC they had to come back 6 weeks later because I had no heat. I had to drag out of the technician that his assessment was that the set up was incorrect versus the equipment being faulty. Just some information for you to consider when evaluating HELP!

HELP is anything BUT helpful. Our toilet was slowly leaking water which was dripping down to the basement. HELP arrived at 5 pm and took the toilet apart and left it on the floor beside where it should sit. Tech said wrong size flange was used. Left to go get the correct size and return. 2 1/2 hours later; no tech and he's not returning my calls to his cell. I called the office and she said she'd call me back. Never received call back. This was Friday evening. We had a party planned for Saturday. This was the guest bath on main floor. Finally at 8:30 pm he returns. When confronted he stated he had to travel to KY to get correct size flange????? I do not want to embarrass myself and tell you what this ""learning lesson"" cost me. When I complained to their office, they sent me $100 in coupons for next visit. NEVER would I used them again.

Horrible deceitful company that is over priced and signed us up for a subscription with out even consulting us. we only knew it had happen once we were charged. We didn't even use their services for more that a quote.
