JJ did a great job getting our A/C working at peak performance. Still can't find the refrigerant leak problem but JJ took a lot of extra time to evaluate all potential issues, eliminated any potential problem areas and spoke with us every step of the way to ensure we knew exactly what he was doing and looking for. Great job JJ!

They were at my house within 2 hours of my call for help for my leaking hot water heater. Andy was the specialist that showed up and he was professional, friendly, and he knew what he was doing. The price to replace my water heater was out of the ballpark for us. I wish I could have worked with Andy further but business is what it is. I could fix the issue for a fraction of what HELP wanted to charge. If this company was more reasonable in their pricing, they would have my money already.

Clogged floor drain on a Sunday and HELP was at my house and solving the problem. It was nice dealing with Phil. He was efficient, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Cost was reasonable and I liked the fact that my cost was the same a during the week.

J.J.E~ from HELP Plumbing, HVAC, & Elec is a superb service provider. Title of ""Technician"" doesn't do him justice. We signed up for HELP's yearly service plan which covers all their specialties, we have used them for plumbing & HVAC so far. JJ performed our Heating Check-Up shortly after we joined the club, he was polite, respectful of our house & napping toddler, and completed the work in the 2 hour appointment time. The check-up was part of the yearly fee so no charge for the thorough cleaning & inspection. He had two recommendations for things we'd like to add to our HVAC mechanicals, we will follow up as money will allow. These were not hard sell items, these may have been things on his list of inspection items, but these were things I asked him about and asked for ""ball-park pricing"" on when we could splurge.

JJ was more than professional, we look forward to his attention to detail at our next inspection.

Signed up for HELP's club membership thing to get a discount on a new furnace, and every time scheduled service time comes around things get scheduled efficiently and the techs that come out are quick and friendly. There's always a bit of an up-sell speech to get through, but nothing aggressive. Devon, the gentleman who was here today, was pleasant and professional. Good job guys.

We have used HELP twice now and both times they have provided excellence service. They are easy to get a hold of and have responded quickly and efficiently. We needed our entire HVAC unit replaced and though it was costly, they were able to do it the day after giving us the estimate and they did all of the work in under 8 hours. We were also able to get 0% financing, which was a huge relief because of the cost. But it's nice knowing we won't have to worry about the HVAC system for years to come and we found a service company we trust and know they will come out and fix anything that might go wrong with it. The techs are also very friendly and help put your mind at ease with dealing with such stressful situations. Highly recommend.

He definitely went the extra mile in explaining everything to us carefully and conscientiously, making sure that our system was working properly and even fixing some problems that were left over from the installation of our system by another company. HELP professionals installed furnace and air conditioner just recently. Kevin and Brian did a fantastic job.... They were very courteous and made all precautions to ensure no damage to my wood floors or my house in general. They both were patient in explaining all things I needed to know before leaving. I felt well informed.
Jerry came out before them to sell us the equipment. He was pleasant and informative.

The reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the price.

Although, I wish I could give 4.5 based on all of the great service over the last few years.
One tech (I wish I could remember his name) went above and beyond this summer to fix service drop issue on my house to ensure we had power. He had to climb into my attic in the summer for over 30 min.
