Helmus Plumbing Services is a terrible company to do business with. My elderly mother and sister who live together signed a contract with Helmus to install a new hot water furnace last March 2016. This fall my mother and sister had a problem with the furnace while it was still under warranty. Helmus came out and said they could not fix the problem and recommended another furnace company to call. My mother and sister called this other furnace company and they repaired and completed the job that Helmus never completed. My mother and sister acquired a lot of additional costs. I called Helmus to find out who would pay these additional cost but the owner of Helmus would not return my phone calls. We are very disappointed with Helmus Plumbing Services and recommend to anyone to ""not""do business with this company.
