Honest and appreciate all the advice. He lets you know the cost upfront and if there are other options. Also advice on how the A/C drains and connects to existing plumbing. If you plan on making improvements, like new toilets, bidet, Tankless Water Heater, etc, he's the guy.

My expectation was schedule someone to come by on Saturday but he told me he would be at my house in 30 minutes. Well he made it to my house in less than 30 minutes. He looked at the problem and gave me a few options. It only took him less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. Victor was very professional and personable. After I had to deal with a bad installation on my tankless water heater and another specialist to correct the problems, I still have issues with the heater. Victor came and explain to me in details what are wrong with the installations and how to correct them to meet the codes. I have to say he really impressed me with his vast knowledges.
