They are honest, reliable, and very competent. They have even saved us money by pointing out the items covered by the warranty, and by suggesting cost saving ways to manage plumbing issues with our buildings.

Gotta love Heise's . Mark told me I needed new popups and I took his advice. He came back and put them in with perfect adjustment. He also promptly fixed a shower leak. All done quickly with no problems. And he kept things clean. No fuss no muss.

I called and made an appointment with Dave two days ago. Then I asked for labor warranty, he said 60 days. I thought it's very short for labor warranty so I said I'll check, means to find out what the average labor warranty should be. I didn't ask him to cancel my appointment and he didn't tell me that he'll cancel it either. I thought I still have the appointment. Today, I called to confirm it and he told me he canceled it already. I asked why, He tried to argue with me to justify canceling my appointment without letting me know by saying ""you said you'll call back so I thought you don't want it so I canceled it"", nice customer service. He makes decisions for customers base on his own assumptions without checking with customers first. I can't imagine to have someone like him to give me an pleasant service.

My hot water heater broke and I called Heise's. They were able to send someone the same day and they were very affordable.

Heise's arrived early for the scheduled appointment and the problem was fixed in 10 minutes. Excellent service from start to finish!

Had an old busted sink disposal unit so I called around 3 or 4 different businesses yesterday. This was the only one that was answered by an actual plumber, who was able to essentially help me diagnose the issue over the phone. They were very straightforward and at no point did I get the sense I was being had. They didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive unit and gave me a good breakdown of the costs. They arrived when they said they would arrive, and they fixed things up quickly and left. Thanks!

Some plumbing problems needing three visits:
(1) Installed new washers for the bathtub fixture.
(2) Installed new faucet and spout fixtures (which I bought on Amazon) for the bathroom sink. Some issues with the pedestal sink which required re-setting it. Cleaned out nasty very difficult gunk in the drain that backed up after installation.
(3) Cleaned out bathtub drain after #2 action above caused a backup.
Costs:
#1 & #2 - $486 labor which included some minor parts
#3 - $152 labor, no parts
Maybe if I had run the bathtub water after #2 and had seen the backup, I could have had it cleared out at that time and would not have needed #3 return visit for that $152 charge. Or, maybe not.
By the way, all the visits were promptly scheduled and the times adhered to.

Update: used ACME roofing and they subcontract these folks for roof drains. High quality work

Honest good guy. Helped me identify problem over phone which was not plumbing related (oy, bigger problem!)

So I did not use this time but boy did his professionalism show through. Will use in future if needs arise.

I can't imagine anyone better. Dave and his plumbers do great work. Dave has so much integrity, finding ways to defer them making a house call if there's a less expensive fix. Wow. Great!
