A new homeowner, my agent recommended Heise's to install a new water heater and the accompanying plumbing to support it. I have been 100% happy with the work and the customer service I received. Dave was on time, completed the work when he said he would without any fuss whatsoever. When I called to follow up he was helpful, courteous and informative. AND when they sent the bill, they remembered to return my key.
This has been a super stressful time for me and it was so easy to work with them, I would definitely call on Heise's in the future if I have a plumbing need.

I have used Heise's plumbing twice now and both times they did a good job, were on time, and thorough. I expecially want to send a shout out to Greg, who is very knowledgeable and didn't treat me like an idiot for not understanding the details of residential plumbing. They fixed my blockage and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them. They are an honest company.

I called to try to get an estimate and the lady who answered the phone today was rude. She didn't sound friendly and seemed like she was in a bad mood. Instead of saying politely that a plumber would call me back, she was just very abrupt about it and didn't seem to care or address my questions in a professional manner or like someone who has great customer service skills. Not to mention when she couldn't hear me, she gave me a response in a tone that sounded as if she was annoyed. HIRE A NEW PHONE REP HEISE!! Your front person is always your company's first impression. She's not a good one!

I used to use Heise's as my only plumber for years and they were great but my last experience forced me to find someone new. Tried get a quote on a major project and have yet to hear anything from them. First, three out of the four times I called the office I got the rude receptionist. If the rudeness just happened one day, I'd let it pass, but she was rude each time. After playing phone tag with the owner, we finally made an appointment time and he came over. He said he couldn't give me a quote and would have to have a cement guy come look at the area and then he would call me back with a quote. Don't know if the cement guy ever came out but I never heard from Heise's again. Used another company that did a great job for a good price so it worked out. But I was very disappointed with Heise's because they used to be very good.

Here are the facts: Tried to fix the leaky bathroom faucet myself. I removed the knobs, tried to tighten the valves, and when that didn't work, turned off the water to the sink. The plumber from Heise's comes over, puts the knobs back on and suddenly there's no leak. He was as surprised as I was. He shook his head and said ""there's no problem here, there's no leak. Whatever you did, must've fixed it."" This exchange took seconds. I knew that Heise's charged a $132 minimum for a service call, which may or may not be expensive. The boss called later that afternoon and said he'd bill me only a half hour even though the plumber admitted to him (and to me) that he hadn't done anything.

In other words, I paid a plumber $66 to come to my house and walk away without doing anything to change/solve any problem. Is that fair? Perhaps. Would I call Heise's again for a plumbing problem in my home or recommend them to a friend? Hard to say.

Heise's has been my go-to plumber for years and I owe them a five-star review for the service they provided yesterday. So, I'm in the shower and the water starts cooling off, to the point that I've cranked the cold water tap all the way off. Not good. A trek to the basement reveals that the hot water heater has died and leaked all over the floor. Not good. So I called Heise's and they were out with a new heater within about an hour, and it was installed in less than 90 minutes. These guys are consistently great.

Reliable, trustworthy and honest. Have used them for going on 10 years now for small things like clogs to bigger projects like re-piping the building with copper pipes, and I have always been pleased.

We had a hot water pressure issue and tried to get our old plumber, who will remain unmentioned. Good for us he cancelled twice because we were able to try someone new, Heise's Plumbing. Dave to the rescue. He came out and told me what the problem was. He worked with me on coordinating with the tenant to schedule the fix. He sent out a plumber and now the hot water pressure is fixed. We will be using Heise's Plumbing again.
