So my mrs and I have been dealing with a long issue of not having a working garbage disposer. And recently the seal broke so we had water flowing from the old disposer. We called Heisenberg Bros and they couldn't get anyone over that day to see what going on and maybe fix the problem so they stated they would get back to us of when they could come out and check. We had a funeral in October and we're driving down to Minneapolis when they called and said, ""we can get someone over there within the hour to fix your sink."" Well, as nice as it is to call last minute we were out of town and couldn't turn around and head home in that instant. After calling and calling and getting delayed and delayed finally November 1st we got a contractor over to fix the sink. Jason is a nice guy, honest, and can tell he's been doing the job for a while. He's customer friendly and he gets the job done. Even though a new disposer cost me over $140.00 and the labor cost was just as much as the new disposer it sure is nice to have a working sink again, and the disposer has a 5 year warranty. Geisel also offers a one year warranty on all their repairs in case something should happen. Not pleasant to work with. The man that repaired my furnace was great but I am a single mom and could not pay the repair bill in full. I sent regular monthly payments of between $25 and $40 yet every statement had written PAST DUE in red on it. The sixth month - when my balance due as $127.00 - they threatened to turn me in to collections.
