We have always had excellent service from HEINCO, from kitchen faucets, installation of an instant hot water tap, to the bathroom shower and installation of safety bars in the shower. Their pricing is aligned with competitors.

This reviews is for the quote process, as we haven't yet had Heinco complete any work for us yet.

We called Heinco after reading about their win for RTD Best of Richmond 2023. They promptly returned our message and scheduled a visit. The tech was very friendly and knowledgable and worked with me on options to get a quote to have our gas line installed for a new range.

The tech also looked into a HVAC drain pipe that was leaking under the house and let us know that they often aren't glued and can be pushed together without leaking. I appreciated the honesty instead of replacing, repairing, and charging for something that wasn't needed.

IMHO, the tech seemed friendly and trustworthy, so we look forward to seeing their skills in practice when we are ready to install the new gas line.
