This company is a total ripoff. The technician charged $500 to replace a part that he never replaced, but simple took an old part from his truck and pretended to have replaced. He only needed to light the pilot. He also failed to change the filter which he claimed was okay, but was filthy. Simply dishonest. Stir clear of this operation.

Don't call this company! Our furnace went out and our normal technician was not available to come out, so I took a chance and called this outfit. Scott Heimler came out and looked at our furnace...in a few minutes he determined that ours was """"left in an unprofessional mess"""" after a former replacement of the heat exchanger...I knew he was lying because our regular guy whom we trust has never said anything about it. HE WAS JUST TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW FURNACE THAT I DID NOT NEED. My husband came home and looked at some YouTube videos and figured out that our furnace is fine, it just wouldn't start because the inducer motor wasn't getting current due to some corrosion on the wire. He fixed it in a few minutes. He then called the Heimler office and complained and got some cockamanie explanation that our furnace was a danger to our family! In fact, it is fine shape. This company has no scruples and will try to take advantage of you.

I have had nothing but the run around since the first day I stupidly let them install my heat and air unit, They told me they woiuld wait for insurance payment and my credit card would be held for the remaining amount...NOT the next day I had been charged the full amount on my card. When I called about the charge I was told that was not the business practice and I must have misunderstood what Scott said...NOT. I have now had an inspection from an FHA inspector stating the unit does not have a shut off or drain if the unit pan collected water and this had to be corrected. THEIR ANSWER IS TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $324. to install a shut off WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED in the beginning! NEVER use HEIMLER. Brenda Bryant Marietta

Way over priced! Estimate for job came in three times higher than others. If you decide to go with this company better get some bids.

I have a home warranty company and had 2 different people come out to assess my situation. Long story short both were trying to line their pockets. For peace of mind I called Heimler and from the initial phone call with Deb I was sold. They came out same day and fixed my air conditioner! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! They have my business!!

The worst experience that I ever had dealing with a company. Scott is a con artist and he will try to trick you in doing things that he won't guaranty. He fixed my old HVAC unit spending $3000 after he assured me that the best way to go and there is no need to get a new unit( he gave me one year warranty). In less than a year, the same unit broke again and He won't honor his warranty because according to him it was a different issue and now this unit needs to be replaced and $5000 estimate was given. I brought somebody else for second opinion and the guy told me that Scott messed up my unit and he should have replaced the old unit with new one from the beginning. Don't trust this company and beware of Scott!

these guys are bad news...i called them to provide an estimate for a heating unit that wasn't working and they sent out a tech from another contractor because they were busy. this tech had no idea what was wrong with the heating unit. i called the company back and they advised me that they would come out two days later to confirm the repairs to the system (when the first tech did pretty much nothing to it...) when the company came out the second time, they sent a tech from another company!!!!safe to say i got fed up with them and the only explanation was that they were too busy to come out themselves!!!
