What a great experience I had today with Ken from Heil plumbing! He had to fix a totally botched job that the""The Drain Guys"" did a month ago and I'm so lucky to have called the right company this time. I would definitely call them the next time I have any plumbing issues! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of the associate who came to give the quote.

Only issue - was told via email when setting up the appointment the estimate was free but told by the associate that the estimate was $125 but was not charged if I accepted the quote and had the work done. Still will use this company again.

A little expensive perhaps? Get a rough estimate before they come over if you're worried. But I thought he was worth it, and he did a more complete job than I expected. (Fixed something I thought needed a part to be ordered.) Courteous, professional, cleaned up everything.

Jordan came out last week for a non-urgent issue. Basically, we just moved into a new home and a sink (that we wouldn't use very often) doesn't work. Unfortunately, his visit turned into mostly a consultation, because after confirming that he would have to cut into the wall and the cost, I decided I had other priorities and that the work will have to be done down the road. That said, he helped me with a couple other very minor issues, gave me a verbal estimate on getting the sink working again and was friendly. As no real work was done, I only paid the minimum service call cost which was very fair.

When I need more plumbing work done in the future, I will stick with Heil. They were professional from start to finish and a pleasant experience.

Using service of this company for the first time. Everything was great from scheduling appointment to fixing the leakage. Scheduling has some flexibility, which is great with my work schedule. And finally price was reasonable, no additional rip off.

Great experience overall for an electric tank water heater replacement. Very responsive via email and phone during the scheduling process. They advised on various solutions when providing a detailed quote/bid. Jordon and Eddie was very professional and worked efficiently to complete the work. Their experience and problem solving skills showed when the tank wouldn't drain, they dismantled the hose bib and used a pump to clear the debris/clog. They used tarps and booties to protect the floors and cleaned up completely before leaving. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and are willing to work with you if you get a more competitive bid. Give them your business and get an attentive personal experience from a local (Montgomery County, MD) business instead of going with one of the other huge companies.

Great experience starting with an excellent customer service rep who helped get an appointment within a couple of days and offered some flexibility. this was back in November, when we experienced a minor leak, not really an emergency but still very happy we got derive in timely manner and by a reliable technician who came to fix the problem. Jordan was on time for the appointment and answered questions and explained what he will do before starting the job. He finished up within 30 min or so and made some recommendations for preventative maintenance. Price was on the higher end of the spectrum but given that it was a small job and the fantastic customer service, I was not too concerned. Still happy we found a reliable plumbing service.
