What can I say? I called at 7:20 AM for clogged kitchen sink/disposal. They gave us a two hour window from 10 AM to 12 pm. Called at 8 AM and said they were running ahead of schedule and could they come in at 815 instead. In and out by 930, Took payment over the phone since I wasn't home (my parents were). Sent me an email receipt instantaneously. I have a perfectly functioning drain now. Money well spent!

Hands-down the best plumbing service in the universe. We called for an emergency and they came within 20 minutes and have very reasonable prices. Very lucky to have them in our neighborhood!!

Needed a drain stopper removed which was difficult on my part given the way it broke and the position. They were responsive and got the job done promptly. The only drawback was the price point. Factor cost of parts and this should have been maxed half of what they charged. But I knew that upfront and needed this repair quick. Others just quoted the cost to visit but needed to see the damage before quoting so there is that. Overall, solid people and service was great, just a bit on the high side.

I needed a plumber at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. I was able to set an appointment for the very next day which was great. The guy showed up during the time that I requested and was fast and efficient. He came right in, looked at the pipes under the bathroom faucet and fixed it right away. He also explained why I wasn't able to fix it (didn't have the right tools). The price was reasonable as well.

I have no complaints about this company. I would use them again, if I needed to.

Two plumbers came out quickly and were very courteous. They pulled off their shoes when I didn't even ask. This is the second time I used them with the same quality and quick service. When they say they will come out first thing they did both times. We will need a water heater soon and I would definitely use them.

I called on a Monday morning and left a message. He called back later in the day and we discussed my plumbing problems. He said he would stop by later in the day or on the next day but, after two weeks, I haven't seen or heard from him. I guess he's too busy to take care of my problems.

our garbage disposal does not work and two techs came to fix it today. Both of them are very polite and professional. we will call them again if we have any other problem in the future. Highly recommend.

Heil was very deceptive with their pricing. Not only were they the highest quote I received they also tried to charge me just for quoting a the job in the first place. The office staff was very disrespectful and accused us of lying to them. Instead of admitting that they made a mistake they lost a potential customer for life.

I called on Monday worried about a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom to my dining room ceiling. They were able to come out the next day. Keith was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I appreciated the information and explanation to his investigation of the leak, correction of it and follow up. I would use Heil plumbing again in a heartbeat!
