Heidler is excellent. They've done a lot of work for me over the years. I went back to them recently and found them to be as good as ever. They use a flat rate system, not hourly. You will pay a premium for their work, but it is always top notch. Sometimes it's worth it. Plumbing is one of those times.

Had my hot water unit go bad. Ash, at Heidler, is great. He came out the same day I called. He gave me a quote at that time. I think the quote was a little high but, I had to get it fixed. With Ash's support I felt I was in good hands. It is because of him, I will continue with this company. I would highly recommend him. You can ask for him when you call in.

He examined the furnace and focused on a couple of major issues in minutes, made the repairs, reset our smart thermostat so it works correctly, all was done in no time. Wayne is a god guy who KNOWS his business thoroughly.

Great service! We just remodeled our kitchen and needed a lot of plumbing done. From moving a gas line to installing a new sink and garbage disposal. They were prompt and very flexible. we had to reschedule twice due to issues with cabinets and counters and they were able to reschedule us quickly. The office staff is friendly and helpful, they always called to confirm our appointments. Fernando, our plumber was wonderful. He is professional and efficient and does quality work. He's friendly and answered all of our questions, and finished the sink we tried to put in ourselves. We are planning on having them service our gas fireplace in the fall, because they do that too! We would highly recommend them!

Great job repairing the split vertical pipe and overhead elbow joint in my lower level ceiling and exterior rear wall leading to the rear hose bib. Ryan was on time, professional, meticulously cut holes in my wall and ceiling not to overly damage them, and was thorough in finding all sources of the problem. Price was in line with my expectations.

We had them put in a new gas line inside our house, with an eye to a tankless water heater in the 5-10 year future. The quote process was easy and they were happy to address my concerns throughout. The quote was more opaque than I preferred, but we had several more quotes, and theirs was the best for those who could verbally address all of my concerns at the time. I asked them a plethora of questions and they were never short with me and they never gave me the impression I was wasting their time. For the installation, I was in their back pocket the whole time, asking questions and just watching the work. They didn't object or make any trouble. They made a better than code central hub for the appliance lines to come out of, and this was a standard practice for them. They addressed all of my concerns and dealt with my hovering over them professionally and personably, face-to-face and over the phone. They also dealt with all of the county permitting and scheduling, so I didn't have to arrange anything directly with them. I just had to let the inspectors in. I will call Heidler again when we have need for additional plumbing service.

~of note, we had to use a somewhat uncommon supply line for the gas, and we had three other quotes done, and all of the others either were for less-than-modern techniques, or they were having us purchase far more materials than we needed because they didn't deal with them very often. But Heidler charged us only for what we used, with no waste.

Start to finish professional service was performed by Heidler, from the office staff to the onsite employees. During a recent bathroom upgrade, a plumber was needed quickly before tiling work could be completed. Heidler responded promptly by providing an estimate at 9am and by noon on the same day, Josh with Heidler was onsite performing the job. I also called R.E. Robertson requesting an estimate.
VERY BAD IDEA!!!! The guy on the phone sounded annoyed, as if I had interrupted his day, never came to my condo and offered a quoted priced $200.00 over Heidler's quote. HEIDLER'S THE BEST and I'll gladly recommend them to others!!!!!
