Wonderful service-absolutely the best. Starting with Steven Heidler himself coming out and pricing up replacing and reconnecting my plumbing under the sink after we had new granite countertops installed and replacing the drain and overflow on my tub in the bathroom. Work was priced as a flat rate and was priced fairly and competitively-we had gotten 4 estimates total from local plumbers as well as BGE Home. Matt our tech arrived on time and completed the work very professionally and cleanly-covered everything on the floor and cleaned up all debris-checked and rechecked three time to make sure there were no leaks in the connections and that the dishwasher and garbage disposal were operating correctly. No surprise they have such a high rating on Yelp and Angie's List. Will definitely use again for our next plumbing project and will also think of them first when it's time to replace our heating system.

The tech, Chuck, showed up on time and did an outstanding job on replacing my gas hot water heater. He was clean, layed down tarps and drop cloths throughout the house, and even wore shoe covers. He explained to me how it worked, and let me tell you it works great. He also gave me an estimate to change out my sump pump, which I will definitely be doing with Heidler! I would absolutely recommend Heidler Plumbing in Annapolis for all your plumbing needs!

Tech from Heidler (Paul) showed up within 30 minutes of my calling them about a non-functional AC unit. Paul diagnosed a bad starting capacitor, showing me everything he was doing and explaining what was going on. He replaced the capacitor and the unit started right up. Nice to have cooling on a hot day. BUT, they are outrageously expensive: in addition to paying $80 for the ""diagnostic service call, "" I was charged $160 to replace a part that cost less than $10 at Home Depot, and which took less than 15 minutes.

Heidler is excellent. They've done a lot of work for me over the years. I went back to them recently and found them to be as good as ever. They use a flat rate system, not hourly. You will pay a premium for their work, but it is always top notch. Sometimes it's worth it. Plumbing is one of those times.

Had my hot water unit go bad. Ash, at Heidler, is great. He came out the same day I called. He gave me a quote at that time. I think the quote was a little high but, I had to get it fixed. With Ash's support I felt I was in good hands. It is because of him, I will continue with this company. I would highly recommend him. You can ask for him when you call in.

Had a plumber from Heidler over today to help with some drain issues. We got fast, professional service and a lot of good advice too. They could have easily oversold us on some more expensive fixes but didn't. I've used other local plumbers in the past but Heidler has my business now.

We had issues with our furnace so we called Heidler. They were out within 24 hours and sent Wayne who is great.

He examined the furnace and focused on a couple of major issues in minutes, made the repairs, reset our smart thermostat so it works correctly, all was done in no time. Wayne is a god guy who KNOWS his business thoroughly.
