I found water seeping up through my dining room floor late one night. I called Hefner Plumbing early the next morning. The person who answered the phone was very kind and said she'd see if they could work me in for an early afternoon appointment. She called back within 10 minutes to confirm that. Cody called me saying he was about 20 minutes out and arrived before noon. He was able to do some basic, yet thorough testing and locate the source of the leak as my A/C. He was also kind enough to give me some great tips on maintaining a healthy plumbing system and water heater. All this for a reasonable, low price. I would certainly recommend Hefner Plumbing as very knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent resource to help with any plumbing issue.

Highly Recommended. We had water heater replacement with commercial grade. Best workmanship licensed knowledgeable professional workmen. Great quality materials used for replacement PVC pipes to vinyl longer lasting pipes with brass fittings.We noticed better water pressure & hot water faster.. Highly recommended. Took 3 1/2 hrs tops

Terrible customer service. I called to have a leak fixed under my grandparents sink and the receptionist was a absolute nightmare. Yelled at me saying the owner was very very busy and told me he will call me back when he has time, if he feels he is interested. When my sister called to see if she could get someone else on the phone the same lady told her this was the Sheriffs office! Completely unprofessional and did not care whatsoever about obtaining my business.

We found that we had a leak under our slab, third one. I contacted Hefner plumbing and made an appointment to have the house repiped. Why fix another leak just to have it pop up somewhere else. The two young men that did the job were polite and very attentive to their job. They completed the repipe in two and one half days. Since then we have been very happy with their work and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Hefner Plumbing Company provided us with wonderful, professional service. Our 12 year old hot water tank died, phoned Hefner's and they had two technicians, Dallas and Jordan, at our home in under 3 hours. Both were dressed in clean uniforms. They were very knowledgeable, providing thorough explanations at the end of the installation. Having lived in many cities throughout the US, and a small business owner ourselves, they are one of the most professional companies we have had the pleasure to work with. We thought we had a leak under our slab, I called Hefner from seeing them on the web. In less than an hour, they were here! Cody the technician was absolutely the most professional tradesman I've ever met since moving to Florida. He was diligent and explained everything in detail. It ended up that there was no leak. .whew! Hefner will be my plumbing company of choice from now on. Also, all service companies should emulate them on customer service.

VERY EXPENSIVE please shop around before throwing a lot of money at these folks. it cost 365. to have one lavitory faucet installed. I had purchased the faucets and shower faucet before. We had a bill of around 1600. we had 2 lavatory faucets put in, 2 lavatory shut offs installed, and a shower head replaced. This is mostly all labor (not parts). Charley

Overall seems like a good company. The tech that showed up for a leaky toilet was on-time (early even), courteous and professional. However, I found their prices rather high. Almost 3 times higher than another plumber that I had come in to fix the same problem.
